王就对洗巴说：“米非波设的一切现在都归你了。”洗巴说：“愿我在我主我王面前蒙恩！”说着，便叩拜大卫王。

王对洗巴说：“看哪！凡属米非波设所有的，都归给你了。”洗巴说：“我叩拜我主我王，愿我在你眼前蒙恩！”

王就對洗巴說：「看哪，一切屬於米非波設的，都歸你了。」洗巴說：「我向我主我王下拜，願我在你眼前蒙恩！」

王曰、米非波設所有者、咸歸於爾、洗巴曰、我跪拜、願蒙恩於我主我王之前、○

王曰、米非波設所有、必歸於爾。西巴拜謝曰、願於我主我王前、得沾恩寵。

王謂洗巴曰、凡屬米非波設者、皆歸於爾、洗巴曰、在我主我王前蒙恩、惟當叩拜、

Then the king said to Ziba,“ All that belonged to Mephibosheth is now yours.”“ I humbly bow,” Ziba said.“ May I find favor in your eyes, my lord the king.”

Then the king said to Ziba,“ Everything that belonged to Mephibosheth belongs to you now.”“ You are my king and master,” Ziba said.“ I make myself humble in front of you. I bow down to you. May you be pleased with me.”

Then the king said to Ziba,“ Behold, all that belonged to Mephibosheth is now yours.” And Ziba said,“ I pay homage; let me ever find favor in your sight, my lord the king.”

“ In that case,” the king told Ziba,“ I give you everything Mephibosheth owns.”“ I bow before you,” Ziba replied.“ May I always be pleasing to you, my lord the king.”

So the king said to Ziba,“ Behold, all that belongs to Mephibosheth is yours.” And Ziba said,“ I prostrate myself; may I find favor in your sight, my lord, the king!”

So the king said to Ziba,“ Here, all that belongs to Mephibosheth is yours.” And Ziba said,“ I humbly bow before you, that I may find favor in your sight, my Lord, O king!”

Then said the king to Ziba, Behold, thine is all that pertaineth unto Mephibosheth. And Ziba said, I do obeisance; let me find favor in thy sight, my lord, O king.

The king said to Ziba,“ All that belongs to Mephibosheth is now yours!”“ I bow before you,” Ziba said.“ May you look favorably on me, my lord the king!”

Then said the king to Ziba, Behold, thine[ are] all that[ pertained] unto Mephibosheth. And Ziba said, I humbly beseech thee[ that] I may find grace in thy sight, my lord, O king.

The king said to Ziba,“ Everything that was Mephibosheth’s now belongs to you.” Ziba replied,“ I bow before you. May I find favor in your sight, my lord the king.”

Then the king said to Ziba,“ Behold, all that belongs to Mephibosheth is yours.” Ziba said,“ I bow down. Let me find favor in your sight, my lord, O king.”

When the woman from Tekoa came to the king, she fell facedown to the ground, paid homage, and said,“ Help me, Your Majesty!”

“ One witness cannot establish any iniquity or sin against a person, whatever that person has done. A fact must be established by the testimony of two or three witnesses.

Even zeal is not good without knowledge, and the one who acts hastily sins.

The first to state his case seems right until another comes and cross-examines him.

The one who gives an answer before he listens— this is foolishness and disgrace for him.

You must not take a bribe, for a bribe blinds the clear-sighted and corrupts the words of the righteous.

Joab fell with his face to the ground in homage and blessed the king.“ Today,” Joab said,“ your servant knows I have found favor with you, my lord the king, because the king has granted the request of your servant.”

“ Whoever speaks to you,” the king said,“ bring him to me. He will not trouble you again!”She replied,“ Please, may the king invoke the LORD your God, so that the avenger of blood will not increase the loss, and they will not eliminate my son!”“ As the LORD lives,” he vowed,“ not a hair of your son will fall to the ground.”
