Then Abishai son of Zeruiah said to the king,“ Why should this dead dog curse my lord the king? Let me go over and cut off his head.”

Then Abishai, the son of Zeruiah, spoke to the king. He said,“ King David, why should we let this dead dog curse you? Let me go over there. I’ll cut off his head.”

Then Abishai the son of Zeruiah said to the king,“ Why should this dead dog curse my lord the king? Let me go over and take off his head.”

“ Why should this dead dog curse my lord the king?” Abishai son of Zeruiah demanded.“ Let me go over and cut off his head!”

( Yea, I have not suffered by mouth to sin By asking his life with a curse);If the men of my tent have not said, Who can find one that hath not been filled with his meat?

Honor all men. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honor the king.
