牲畜哀鸣，牛群混乱，因无草场，羊群也受苦。

“锡安的民哪，你们要欢喜，要因耶和华—你们的上帝快乐；因他赏赐你们合宜的秋雨，为你们降下甘霖，秋雨和春雨，和先前一样。

外邦虚无的神明中有能降雨的吗？天能自降甘霖吗？耶和华—我们的上帝啊，不是你吗？我们要等候你，因为这一切都是你所造的。

三天之内，法老要让你抬起头来，身首异处，把你挂在木架上，必有飞鸟来吃你身上的肉。”

他们心里并不说：‘我们应当敬畏耶和华—我们的上帝；他按时赐雨，就是秋雨和春雨，又为我们定收割的季节。’你们的罪孽使这些转离你们，你们的罪恶使你们不能得福。
