说：“我主我王为何来到仆人这里呢？”大卫说：“我要买你这禾场，为耶和华筑一座坛，使民间的瘟疫止住。”

亚劳拿说：“我主我王为何来到仆人这里呢？”大卫说：“我要买你这禾场，为耶和华筑一座坛，使瘟疫在百姓中停止。”

亚劳拿说：“我主我王为何来到仆人这里呢？”大卫说：“我要买你这禾场，为耶和华筑一座坛，使瘟疫在百姓中停止。”

说：“我主我王到仆人这里有什么事？”大卫说：“我要买你的麦场，好在这里为耶和华筑一座坛，使百姓当中的瘟疫止住。”

亚劳拿问：“我主我王为什么来到你仆人这里呢？”大卫回答：“是要向你买这打禾场，好为耶和华筑一座祭坛，使民间的瘟疫可以止住。”

說：「我主我王為何來到僕人這裏呢？」大衛說：「我要買你這禾場，為耶和華築一座壇，使民間的瘟疫止住。」

亞勞拿說：「我主我王為何來到僕人這裏呢？」大衛說：「我要買你這禾場，為耶和華築一座壇，使瘟疫在百姓中停止。」

亞勞拿說：「我主我王為何來到僕人這裏呢？」大衛說：「我要買你這禾場，為耶和華築一座壇，使瘟疫在百姓中停止。」

亞勞拿問：“我主我王為甚麼來到你僕人這裡呢？”大衛回答：“是要向你買這打禾場，好為耶和華築一座祭壇，使民間的瘟疫可以止住。”

亞勞拿說：『我主我王為甚麼來到僕人這裏呢？』大衛說：『是要從你買這禾場，好為永恆主築座祭壇，使疫症可以被抑制住、不再流行於民間。』

亞勞拿問：「我主我王為什麼來到你僕人這裡呢？」大衛說：「是要向你買這打穀場，好為耶和華築一座祭壇，使瘟疫在百姓中間止住。」

曰、我主我王蒞臨僕所曷故、大衛曰、欲購禾場、為耶和華築壇、使疫止於民間、

曰我主我王、蒞臨僕所、曷故。大闢曰、欲購穀場、以築祭壇、奉事耶和華、使疫止於民間。

Araunah said,“ Why has my lord the king come to his servant?”“ To buy your threshing floor,” David answered,“ so I can build an altar to the Lord, that the plague on the people may be stopped.”

Araunah said,“ King David, you are my master. Why have you come to see me?”“ To buy your threshing floor,” David answered.“ I want to build an altar there to honor the Lord. When I do, the plague on the people will be stopped.”

And Araunah said,“ Why has my lord the king come to his servant?” David said,“ To buy the threshing floor from you, in order to build an altar to the Lord, that the plague may be averted from the people.”

“ Why have you come, my lord the king?” Araunah asked. David replied,“ I have come to buy your threshing floor and to build an altar to the Lord there, so that he will stop the plague.”

Araunah said,“ Why has my lord the king come to his servant?” David replied,“ To buy the threshing floor from you in order to build an altar to the LORD, so the plague on the people may be halted.”

Then Araunah said,“ Why has my lord the king come to his servant?” And David said,“ To buy the threshing floor from you, in order to build an altar to the Lord, so that the plague may be withdrawn from the people.”

Then Araunah said,“ Why has my Lord the king come to his servant?” And David said,“ To buy the threshing floor from you, to build an altar to the Lord, that the plague may be withdrawn from the people.”

And Araunah said, Wherefore is my lord the king come to his servant? And David said, To buy the threshing- floor of thee, to build an altar unto Jehovah, that the plague may be stayed from the people.

Araunah said,“ Why has my lord the king come to his servant?” David replied,“ To buy the threshing floor from you in order to build an altar to the Lord, so the plague on the people may be halted.”

And Araunah said, Wherefore is my lord the king come to his servant? And David said, To buy the threshingfloor of thee, to build an altar unto the LORD, that the plague may be stayed from the people.

Araunah said,“ Why has my lord the king come to his servant?” David replied,“ To buy from you the threshing floor so I can build an altar for the LORD, so that the plague may be removed from the people.”

Araunah said,“ Why has my lord the king come to his servant?” David said,“ To buy your threshing floor, to build an altar to Yahweh, that the plague may be stopped from afflicting the people.”

直到非尼哈起來懲罰罪人，瘟疫才停止。

「如果你們真的准我安葬妻子，就請你們代我求瑣轄的兒子以弗崙，請他當著你們的面，把他田地盡頭的麥比拉洞按實價賣給我作墳地。」當時以弗崙正坐在赫人當中，於是他在城門口赫人聚集的地方當眾答覆亞伯拉罕說：「不可！我主，請聽我說，我當著族人的面，把那塊地和山洞送給你，你只管去安葬你的妻子！」亞伯拉罕向當地的人下拜，當眾對以弗崙說：「你若願意，請聽我說，我要把地錢給你，請你收下，好讓我安葬我的妻子。」以弗崙回答說：「我主，請聽我說，四公斤半銀子的地對你我來說算什麼呢？去安葬你的妻子吧！」於是，亞伯拉罕就照以弗崙當眾提出的價錢，按通用的重量單位秤了四公斤半銀子給他。

耶和華對摩西說：「你們離開這些會眾，我好在頃刻之間消滅他們。」他們二人就俯伏在地。摩西對亞倫說：「取香爐來，裡面放些壇上的火，添上香，趕快帶到會眾那裡為他們贖罪，因為耶和華發怒了，瘟疫已經開始。」亞倫就照著摩西的吩咐取來香爐，跑到會眾當中。那時瘟疫已經在人群中蔓延起來。他就在爐中放上香為民眾贖罪。他站在活人和死人中間，瘟疫就止住了。除了在可拉事件中死亡的人以外，當天有一萬四千七百人死於瘟疫。瘟疫止住後，亞倫便回到在會幕門口的摩西那裡。

就在那天，迦得來見大衛，對他說：「你要去耶布斯人亞勞拿的麥場，在那裡為耶和華築一座壇。」

跟著進入那人的帳篷，一槍刺透那對男女的腹部。以色列人當中的瘟疫馬上止住了，

約押說：「我主我王，願你的上帝耶和華使國民增加百倍，讓你親眼看到。但我主我王為什麼要統計人口呢？」

大衛對他說：「請你將這塊麥場賣給我，我要在這裡為耶和華築一座祭壇，好止住民間的瘟疫。你全價賣給我吧。」

問他們：「我可以為你們做些什麼來贖罪，使你們願意祝福耶和華的子民呢？」基遍人答道：「金銀不能解決我們和掃羅一家人的問題，我們也不想處死任何以色列人。」大衛說：「你們要我怎麼辦？」他們說：「掃羅曾試圖滅絕我們，把我們從以色列境內剷除。請你把掃羅的七個子孫交給我們。耶和華選立了掃羅，我們就在耶和華面前把他們吊死在掃羅的家鄉基比亞城。」王說：「我必把他們交給你們。」大衛王因為與掃羅的兒子約拿單在耶和華面前起過誓，就沒有把掃羅的孫子、約拿單的兒子米非波設交出來。他把埃亞的女兒利斯巴為掃羅所生的兩個兒子亞摩尼、米非波設和掃羅女兒米拉為米何拉人巴西萊的兒子亞得列所生的五個兒子交給基遍人。基遍人在耶和華面前把他們七人吊死在山上，那時正好是收割大麥的時候。掃羅的嬪妃、埃亞的女兒利斯巴在一塊磐石上用麻布搭了一座棚看屍。她白天不讓飛鳥靠近，夜間不容野獸走近，從開始收割大麥，一直守到降下雨來。大衛知道這件事以後，就去基列·雅比人那裡把掃羅和約拿單的骸骨運來。從前非利士人在基利波殺死掃羅和約拿單，把他們的屍體掛在伯珊的廣場，後來基列·雅比人把屍體偷走了。大衛運回掃羅和約拿單的骸骨，又收殮了掃羅那七個子孫的骸骨。眾人按照大衛的吩咐，把掃羅和約拿單的骸骨埋葬在掃羅父親基士的墓裡，在便雅憫境內的洗拉。此後，上帝垂聽了人們為國家的禱告。

耶利米說：「耶和華對我說，『看啊，你叔父沙龍的兒子哈拿篾會去找你，讓你買下他在亞拿突的那塊田地，說你是他的近親，理當買下它。』」果然如耶和華所言，我堂兄弟哈拿篾到護衛兵的院子裡對我說：「我在便雅憫境內的亞拿突有一塊田，求你買下它，因為你理當買下它。求你買下吧！」我知道這是耶和華的旨意。於是，我從堂兄弟哈拿篾手裡買了亞拿突的那塊田。我當著證人的面簽訂了契約，封好，秤了二百克銀子給他。
