我雖然被膏立為王，今天卻軟弱；這些人——洗魯雅的兒子們強硬得令我作難。願耶和華照著惡人所行的惡，報應惡人！」

我雖受膏為王、今猶荏弱、此洗魯雅之子、逼我太甚、願耶和華依惡人之惡而報之、

我雖受膏為王、今猶荏弱、而西魯雅之二子、桀驁不馴、願耶和華視惡人之罪戾、而報施焉。

我始受膏為王、今尚荏弱、此西魯雅二子強於我、願主循惡人所行之惡而報之、

And today, though I am the anointed king, I am weak, and these sons of Zeruiah are too strong for me. May the Lord repay the evildoer according to his evil deeds!”

I’m the anointed king. But today I’m weak. These sons of Zeruiah are too powerful for me. May the Lord pay back the one who killed Abner! May he pay him back for the evil thing he has done!”

And I was gentle today, though anointed king. These men, the sons of Zeruiah, are more severe than I. The Lord repay the evildoer according to his wickedness!”

And even though I am the anointed king, these two sons of Zeruiah— Joab and Abishai— are too strong for me to control. So may the Lord repay these evil men for their evil deeds.”

As for me, even though I am the anointed king, I have little power today. These men, the sons of Zeruiah, are too fierce for me. May the LORD repay the evildoer according to his evil!”

愿流这二人的血的罪归到约押和他后裔的头上，直到永远；但大卫和他的后裔，他的家和他的国却要从耶和华那里得享平安，直到永远。”于是耶何耶大的儿子比拿雅上去击杀他，把他杀死，葬在旷野约押自己的家中。

我每日早晨必灭绝国中所有的恶人，好把所有作孽的人都从耶和华的城里剪除。

铜匠亚历山大作了许多恶事陷害我，主必按着他所行的报应他。

愿你按着他们所作的，照着他们所行的恶报应他们；愿你照着他们手所作的报应他们，把他们应得的报应加给他们。

你也要知道洗鲁雅的儿子约押对我所行的，就是对以色列的两个元帅：尼珥的儿子押尼珥和益帖的儿子亚玛撒所行的。他杀了他们，在和平的时候流他们的血，像作战时一样，把战争的血染在他腰间所束的带子上和脚上所穿的鞋子上。所以你要凭你的智慧而行，不要让他白发到老，平平安安下到阴间。

大卫把他的儿子所罗门召了来，吩咐他要为耶和华以色列的神建造殿宇。

君王坐在审判的位上，他的眼目查察一切恶事。

约押进了屋子去见王，说：“你所有的臣仆今天救了你的性命，和你儿女妻妾的性命，你今天却使他们满面羞愧；你爱那些恨你的，恨那些爱你的。因为你今天表明了你不重视将帅和臣仆；我今天才明白，如果押沙龙活着，我们大家都死去，你就欢喜了。现在请你起来，出去，说些安慰你仆人们的话。我指着耶和华起誓，如果你不出去，今夜就必没有一人留下来与你在一起。这祸患就比你从幼年到现在所遭受的一切祸患更厉害了。”

他对他们说：“你们行事，必须谨慎；因为你们审判，不是为人，而是为耶和华；你们审判的时候，耶和华必和你们同在。现在你们要敬畏耶和华；你们要谨慎行事，因为耶和华我们的神没有不义，不偏待人，也不受贿赂。”

对他说：‘你要谨慎，要镇定，不要因亚兰王利汛和利玛利的儿子这两个冒烟的火把头所发的怒气而害怕，也不要心里胆怯。

你们又要对亚玛撒说：‘你不是我的骨肉至亲吗？我若不立你代替约押，在我面前作军队的元帅，愿神重重地惩罚我，并且加倍严厉地惩罚我。’”

因为他是神的仆役，是对你有益的。但如果你作恶，就应当惧怕；因为他佩剑，不是没有作用的。他是神的仆役，是向作恶的人施行刑罚的。

所有恶人的角，我都要砍断，只有义人的角必被高举。

主啊！慈爱也属于你，你必照各人所作的报应各人。

他的恶毒必回到自己的头上，他的强暴必落在自己的头顶上。

“打人以致把人打死的，必要把那人处死。

六子阿鲜、七子大卫。他们的姊妹是洗鲁雅和亚比该。洗鲁雅的儿子是亚比筛、约押和亚撒黑，共三人。

除去君王面前的坏人，他的王位就可以靠公义坚立。
