以色列人、祭司、利未人，以及其余流亡归来的人都满心欢喜地为上帝的殿举行奉献礼。他们为此献上一百头公牛犊，二百只公绵羊和四百只绵羊羔，又照以色列十二支派的数目献上十二只公山羊，作全体以色列人的赎罪祭。
