尼希米又说：“你们去吃肥美的肉，喝甘甜的酒，并分些给一无所有的人，因为今天是我们主的圣日。不要悲伤，因为从耶和华而来的喜乐就是你们的力量。”

之后，所罗门王让众民各回本乡。他们看见耶和华向祂的仆人大卫和以色列子民所施的一切恩惠，都为王祝福，并满心欢喜地回家去了。

犹大王希西迦送给会众一千头公牛和七千只羊，众官员也送给会众一千头公牛和一万只羊，并且很多祭司都已洁净自己。

他们按照宗族把燔祭分给众人，好使他们按照摩西书上所写的，把祭物献给耶和华。献牛也是这样。他们按规定用火烤逾越节的羊羔，在锅里、罐里和盆里煮圣物，然后迅速分给民众。

因此圣经上说：“祂升上高天时，带着许多俘虏，将恩赐赏给众人。”

约西亚从自己的产业中，捐出三万只绵羊羔和山羊羔，以及三千头公牛，赐给所有在场的人做逾越节的祭牲。他的众官员也自愿为民众、祭司和利未人捐献。管理上帝殿的希勒迦、撒迦利亚和耶歇献出两千六百只羊羔和三百头牛，给祭司做逾越节的祭牲。

我凡事以身作则，教导你们勤奋工作，帮助软弱的人，并牢记主耶稣的话，‘施比受更有福。’”

七月二十三日，所罗门王让民众各回本乡。他们看见耶和华向大卫、所罗门和祂的以色列子民所施的恩惠，就满心欢喜地回家去了。

又给以色列男女每人一个饼、一块肉和一个葡萄饼。

君王要在节期、朔日、安息日等以色列人一切的节期献上燔祭、素祭和奠祭。他要预备赎罪祭、素祭、燔祭和平安祭的祭物，为以色列人赎罪。
