He and all his men went to Baalah in Judah to bring up from there the ark of God, which is called by the Name, the name of the Lord Almighty, who is enthroned between the cherubim on the ark.

He and all his men went to Baalah in Judah. They wanted to bring the ark of God up to Jerusalem from there. The ark is named after the Lord. He is the Lord who rules over all. He sits on his throne between the cherubim that are on the ark.

And David arose and went with all the people who were with him from Baale-judah to bring up from there the ark of God, which is called by the name of the Lord of hosts who sits enthroned on the cherubim.

He led them to Baalah of Judah to bring back the Ark of God, which bears the name of the Lord of Heaven’s Armies, who is enthroned between the cherubim.

領約瑟如領羊羣的以色列牧者啊，求你側耳而聽！在基路伯之上坐寶座的啊，求你發出光來！

基列‧耶琳人就來了，將耶和華的約櫃接上去，抬到山上亞比拿達的家中，將他兒子以利亞撒分別為聖，看守耶和華的約櫃。

於是，大衛把以色列眾人從埃及的西曷河直到哈馬口都召集了來，要從基列‧耶琳將上帝的約櫃接來。大衛率領以色列眾人上到巴拉，就是屬猶大的基列‧耶琳，要將耶和華上帝的約櫃從那裏接上來，他坐在二基路伯之上，這約櫃是以他的名來命名的。

要造兩個用金子錘出的基路伯，從櫃蓋的兩端錘出它們。這端錘出一個基路伯，那端錘出一個基路伯；從櫃蓋的兩端錘出兩個基路伯。二基路伯的翅膀要向上張開，用翅膀遮住櫃蓋，臉要彼此相對；基路伯的臉要朝向櫃蓋。要把櫃蓋安在櫃的上邊，又要把我所要賜給你的法版放在櫃裏。我要在那裏與你相會，並要從法版之櫃的櫃蓋上，兩個基路伯的中間，將我要吩咐以色列人的一切事告訴你。」

他們得了啟示，知道他們所服事的不是自己，而是你們。那藉着從天上差來的聖靈傳福音給你們的人，現在將這些事傳給你們；這些事連天使也都切望察看呢！

我們的救贖主是以色列的聖者，他的名為萬軍之耶和華。

因為造你的是你的丈夫，萬軍之耶和華是他的名；救贖你的是以色列的聖者，他必稱為全地之上帝。

祭司將耶和華的約櫃請進內殿，就是至聖所，安置在兩個基路伯的翅膀底下約櫃的地方。基路伯張開翅膀在約櫃上面的地方，從上面遮住約櫃和抬櫃的槓。

以色列婦人的兒子詛咒，褻瀆了聖名。有人把他送到摩西那裏。他的母親名叫示羅密，是但支派底伯利的女兒。他們把這人收押在監裏，等候耶和華指示的話。耶和華吩咐摩西說：「把那詛咒的人帶到營外。凡聽見的人都要把手放在他頭上，全會眾要用石頭打死他。你要吩咐以色列人說：凡詛咒上帝的，必要擔當自己的罪。褻瀆耶和華名的，必被處死；全會眾必須用石頭打死他。無論是寄居的，是本地人，他褻瀆聖名的時候必被處死。

這地界又從山頂延伸到尼弗多亞水泉，通到以弗崙山的城鎮，這地界又延伸到巴拉，巴拉就是基列‧耶琳。這地界又從巴拉往西繞到西珥山，經過耶琳山斜坡的北邊，耶琳就是基撒崙，從那裏又下到伯‧示麥，經過亭拿，

又有基列‧巴力，基列‧巴力就是基列‧耶琳，拉巴，共兩座城，還有所屬的村莊。
