吾儕以吾主耶穌基督名義、囑我兄弟、遠離寡廉鮮恥、不守吾人規範之兄弟。

In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, we command you, brothers and sisters, to keep away from every believer who is idle and disruptive and does not live according to the teaching you received from us.

Brothers and sisters, here is a command we give you. We give it in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Keep away from every believer who doesn’t want to work and makes trouble. Keep away from any believer who doesn’t live up to the teaching you received from us.

Now we command you, brothers, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you keep away from any brother who is walking in idleness and not in accord with the tradition that you received from us.

And now, dear brothers and sisters, we give you this command in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ: Stay away from all believers who live idle lives and don’t follow the tradition they received from us.

Now we command you, brothers and sisters, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, to keep away from every brother or sister who is idle and does not live according to the tradition received from us.

Now we command you, brothers and sisters, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you keep away from every brother or sister who leads a disorderly life and not one in accordance with the tradition which you received from us.

Now we command you, brothers, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you withdraw yourselves from every brother who walks in rebellion, and not after the tradition which they received from us.

我们在你们那里的时候，曾吩咐过你们：不肯工作的人没有资格吃饭。我们听说在你们当中有些人游手好闲，无所事事，却专管闲事。

你们自己知道应该怎样效法我们，因为我们在你们那里的时候，并没有懒懒散散，

你们奉我们主耶稣的名聚会时，我的心并我们主耶稣的权能也与你们同在。

此外，我劝你们要告诫懒惰的人，鼓励灰心的人，扶持软弱的人，耐心对待所有的人。

所以，各位弟兄姊妹，务要坚定不移，无论是我们信上的教导还是口头的教导，你们都要坚守。

你们无论做什么事、说什么话，都要奉主耶稣的名而行，并借着祂感谢父上帝。

弟兄姊妹，我劝你们要留意那些制造分裂、设置障碍、背离你们所学之道的人，你们要避开他们。

最后，弟兄姊妹，既然你们领受了我们的教导，知道怎样行才能讨上帝的喜悦，如你们现在所行的，我们靠着主耶稣恳求、劝勉你们要更加努力。

你们饶恕谁，我也饶恕谁。我若饶恕，是为了你们的缘故在基督面前饶恕的，

虚有敬虔的外表，却无敬虔的实质。你要避开这样的人。

在上帝和审判活人死人的基督耶稣面前，我凭基督的显现和祂的国郑重嘱咐你：

你们要谨慎，以免有人失去上帝的恩典，长出苦毒的根扰乱你们，玷污众人。要小心，免得有人像以扫那样淫乱、不敬虔。他为了一时的口腹之欲，卖了自己长子的名分。

你们要立志过安分守己的生活，亲手做工，正如我们以前吩咐你们的。

如果有人不听从这信上的教导，要注意提防他，不要和他来往，好使他羞愧。只是不可把他当作仇人，要像对待弟兄姊妹一样劝诫他。

如果他仍然不听，就应当告诉教会。如果他连教会也不听，就把他看作异教徒或税吏。

我的意思是，若有人自称是信徒，却淫乱、贪婪、祭拜偶像、毁谤、酗酒、欺诈，你们不要和他们交往，甚至不要和他们一起吃饭。我何必去审判教会以外的人呢？然而，教会里面的人岂不是该由你们审判吗？上帝自会审判教会以外的人，你们要把那邪恶的人从你们当中赶出去。

因此，我奉主的名郑重地劝告各位，不要再像不信的外族人一样过着心灵空虚的日子。

我赞赏你们，因为你们凡事都想到我，并坚守我传给你们的各种教导。

在赐万物生命的上帝面前，也在向本丢·彼拉多做过美好见证的基督耶稣面前，我嘱咐你：要遵守这命令，做纯洁无瑕、无可指责的人，一直到我们的主耶稣基督再来。

我在上帝和主耶稣基督以及蒙拣选的众天使面前吩咐你：要遵行这些话，不要有成见，不要偏心。

使那些思想败坏、失去真理的人争论不休，甚至把敬虔当作生财之道。
