他们是我为自己所造的子民，他们要颂扬我。

经过许多辩论之后，彼得站起来对大家说：“弟兄们，你们都知道，上帝早已在你们当中拣选我去向外族人传道，让他们也可以听到福音并信主。洞悉人心的上帝把圣灵赐给他们，正如赐给我们一样，以表明祂也接纳外族人。上帝对他们和我们一视同仁，祂因他们的信心而洁净了他们的心灵。

就是你为万民所预备的救恩。这救恩是启示外族人的光，也是你以色列子民的荣耀。”

因为万物都源于祂，倚靠祂，归于祂。愿荣耀归给祂，直到永远。阿们！

我们从祂领受了恩典并成为使徒，要带领万民信从祂，使祂的名得荣耀。

由于上帝的怜悯，清晨的曙光必从高天普照我们，

“主——以色列的上帝当受称颂，因祂眷顾、救赎了自己的子民，

但你们是蒙拣选的族群，是君尊的祭司，是圣洁的国度，是上帝的子民，因此你们可以宣扬上帝的美德。祂曾呼召你们离开黑暗，进入祂奇妙的光明。从前你们不是上帝的子民，现在却做了祂的子民；从前你们未蒙怜悯，现在却蒙了怜悯。
