于是大家受到鼓励，也吃了饭。

只是现在我劝你们振作起来，因为你们当中不会有人失去性命，不过会失去这条船。

所以请各位振作起来，因为我相信神怎样对我说，事情也会怎样成就。

在我们一切的患难中，他安慰我们，使我们自己能用从神所受的安慰去安慰那些在各样患难中的人，因为基督的苦难怎样充充满满临到我们，藉着基督，我们的安慰也照样充充满满。我们如果受患难，是为了你们的安慰和救恩；我们如果受安慰，也是为了你们的安慰；这安慰有功效，使你们能忍耐与我们所受的同样苦难。

你要等候耶和华！当坚强，也愿你的心勇敢。你要等候耶和华！
