彼得却说：“金银我都没有，但我把我有的给你：奉拿撒勒人耶稣基督的名起来行走！”

那么，你们大家和以色列全民都当知道，站在你们面前的这人得痊愈，是因你们所钉在十字架、上帝使他从死人中复活的拿撒勒人耶稣基督的名。

耶稣回答他们：“我实在告诉你们，你们若有信心，不疑惑，不但能行我对无花果树所行的事，就是对这座山说：‘离开此地，投在海里！’也会实现。你们祷告，无论求什么，只要信，就必得着。”

他听保罗讲道；保罗定睛看他，见他有信心，可得痊愈，

她一连好几天这样喊叫，保罗就心中厌烦，转身对那灵说：“我奉耶稣基督的名吩咐你从她身上出来！”那灵立刻出来了。

信的人将有神迹随着他们：就是奉我的名赶鬼；说新方言；手能拿蛇；若喝了什么毒物，也不会受害；手按病人，病人就好了。”〕

使徒对主说：“请加增我们的信心。”主说：“你们若有信心像一粒芥菜种，就是对这棵桑树说：‘你要连根拔起，栽在海里’，它也会听从你们。”

耶稣转过来，看见她，就说：“女儿，放心！你的信救了你。”从那时起，这女人就痊愈了。

就跳起来，站着，又开始行走。他跟他们进了圣殿，边走边跳，赞美上帝。

门徒私下进前来问耶稣：“我们为什么不能赶出那鬼呢？”耶稣对他们说：“是因你们的信心小。我实在告诉你们，你们若有信心像一粒芥菜种，就是对这座山说：‘你从这边移到那边’，它也会移过去，并且你们没有一件不能做的事了。”

他们叫使徒站在中间，问他们：“你们凭什么能力，奉谁的名做这事呢？”

那时，有几个巡回各处念咒赶鬼的犹太人，擅自利用主耶稣的名，向那些被邪灵所附的人说：“我奉保罗所传的耶稣命令你们出来！”做这事的是犹太祭司长士基瓦的七个儿子。但邪灵回答他们：“耶稣我知道，保罗我也认识，你们却是谁呢？”被邪灵所附的人就扑到他们身上，制伏他们，胜过他们，使他们赤着身子，受了伤，从那房子里逃出去了。凡住在以弗所的，无论是犹太人是希腊人，都知道这件事，也都惧怕；主耶稣的名从此就更被尊为大了。

“他是磐石，他的作为完全，他一切所行的都公平；他是信实无伪的上帝，又公义，又正直。

我若有先知讲道的能力，也明白各样的奥秘，各样的知识，而且有齐备的信心，使我能够移山，却没有爱，我就算不了什么。

耶稣回答：“你们对上帝要有信心。我实在告诉你们，无论何人对这座山说：‘离开此地，投在海里！’他心里若不疑惑，只信所说的必成，就为他实现。

我实实在在地告诉你们，我所做的工作，信我的人也要做，并且要做得比这些更大，因为我到父那里去。

人若在安息日受割礼，是为了不违背摩西的律法，我在安息日使一个人痊愈了，你们就向我发怒吗？

伸出你的手来，让医治、神迹、奇事藉着你圣仆耶稣的名行出来。”

在耶路撒冷的使徒听见撒玛利亚人领受了上帝的道，就打发彼得和约翰到他们那里去。两个人下去，就为他们祷告，要让他们领受圣灵，因为圣灵还没有降在他们任何一个人身上，他们只奉主耶稣的名受了洗。
