這樣，主的道大有能力地興旺起來，而且得勝。

神的道日漸興旺，越發廣傳。

這福音傳到你們那裡，也傳到全世界；你們聽了福音，因著真理確實認識了神的恩典之後，這福音就在你們中間不斷地結果和增長，在全世界也是一樣。

我們從他領受了恩典和使徒的職分，在萬族中使人因他的名相信而順服，

他們聽了，就讚美神，對保羅說：“弟兄，你看，猶太人中信主的有好幾萬，都是對律法很熱心的人。

我為了這福音受了磨難，甚至像犯人一樣被捆綁起來；可是，神的話卻不被捆綁。

因著信，亞伯拉罕在蒙召的時候，就聽命往他將要承受為業的地方去；他出去的時候，還不知道要往哪裡去。

但現在藉著眾先知所寫的，照著永恆的神的諭旨，已經向萬國顯明出來，使他們相信而順服。

他既然順從到底（“他既然順從到底”或譯：“他既然達到完全”），就成了所有順從他的人得到永遠救恩的根源；

猶大王希西家送給會眾公牛一千頭，羊七千隻；眾領袖也送給會眾公牛一千頭，羊一萬隻；並且有很多祭司自潔。

然而許多在前的將要在後，在後的將要在前。”

但術士以呂馬（以呂馬就是“術士”的意思）與使徒作對，要使省長轉離真道。

只是祭司太少，不能把所有燔祭牲剝皮，所以他們的親族利未人協助他們，直到剝皮的工作完了，又等到其他祭司自潔完了，因為利未人在自潔的事上比眾祭司更加誠心。

堅固門徒的心，勸他們恆守所信的道，又說：“我們進入神的國，必須經歷許多苦難。”

我要使祭司都披上救恩，使聖民都大大歡呼。

又要報應那些不認識神、不聽從我們主耶穌的福音的人。

西面給他們祝福，對他母親馬利亞說：“看哪！這孩子被立，要叫以色列中許多人跌倒，許多人興起，又要成為反對的目標，

雖然這樣，官長當中也有許多人信了耶穌。但是因為法利賽人的緣故，他們不敢公開承認，免得被趕出會堂；

願你的祭司都披上公義，願你的聖民都歡呼。
