這樣，主的道大大興旺，而且普遍傳開了。

神的道日見興旺，越發廣傳。

這福音傳到你們那裏，也傳到普天下，並且繼續增長，不斷結果，正如自從你們聽見福音，真正知道神恩惠的日子起，在你們中間也是這樣。

我們從他蒙恩受了使徒的職分，為他的名在萬國中使人因信而順服，

他們聽見了，就歸榮耀給神，對保羅說：「弟兄，你看猶太人中有數以萬計的信徒，而他們都是熱心於律法的人。

我為這福音受苦難，甚至像犯人一樣被捆綁，然而神的話沒有被捆綁。

因着信，亞伯拉罕蒙召的時候就遵命出去，往將來要承受為基業的地方去；他出去的時候還不知往哪裏去。

這奧祕如今顯示出來，而且按着永生神的命令，藉眾先知的書指示萬民，使他們因信而順服。

既然他得以完全，就為凡順從他的人成了永遠得救的根源，

猶大王希西家賜給會眾一千頭公牛、七千隻羊；眾領袖也賜給會眾一千頭公牛、一萬隻羊，並有許多祭司將自己分別為聖。

然而，有許多在前的，將要在後；在後的，將要在前。」

只是術士以呂馬（他的名字翻出來就是行法術的意思）敵對使徒，設法使省長遠離這信仰。

但祭司太少，不能剝盡所有燔祭牲的皮，所以他們的弟兄利未人幫助他們，直等獻祭的事完畢，直到其他的祭司也分別為聖了；因利未人以正直的心分別為聖，勝過祭司。

堅固門徒的心，勸他們持守他們的信仰，說：「我們進入神的國，必須經歷許多艱難。」

我要使祭司披上救恩，聖民就要大聲歡呼！

西面給他們祝福，又對孩子的母親馬利亞說：「這孩子被立，是要叫以色列中許多人跌倒，許多人興起；又要成為毀謗的對象，

雖然如此，官長中卻有好些信他的，只因法利賽人的緣故不敢承認，恐怕被趕出會堂。

願你的祭司披上公義！願你的聖民歡呼！
