愿以色列的拯救来自锡安。上帝救回祂被掳的子民时，雅各要欢喜，以色列要快乐。

我曾决意铲除、拆毁、推翻、剿灭他们，降灾给他们，将来我必塑造、栽培他们。这是耶和华说的。

“到那日，在我复兴犹大和耶路撒冷的时候，我要聚集万国，带他们下到约沙法谷，在那里审判他们，因为他们把我的子民，就是我的产业以色列，分散到各国，并瓜分我的土地。

耶和华说：“看啊，时候将到，从哈楠业楼直到角门，整个耶路撒冷城要重建起来归给耶和华。城界要向外延伸到迦立山，再转到歌亚。甚至抛尸、倒灰的整个山谷，以及从汲沦溪到东边马门拐角的所有田地都要归给耶和华作圣地，永不再被倾覆、毁灭。”

耶和华凭祂的右手，凭祂大能的臂膀起誓说：“我再也不会把你的五谷给你的仇敌吃，再也不会让外族人喝你辛苦酿制的新酒。收割的人必享受五谷，赞美耶和华，摘葡萄的人必在我圣所的院内喝酒。”

他们要安居在我赐给我仆人雅各的土地上，就是你们祖先居住的地方。他们世世代代都要居住在那里，我仆人大卫要永远做他们的王。我要与他们订立永存的平安之约，使他们安居，人丁兴旺。我的圣所要永远设立在他们当中。我要住在他们中间。我要做他们的上帝，他们要做我的子民。各国的人看见我的圣所永远设立在他们当中，便会知道是我耶和华使以色列圣洁了。’”

“‘然而，我要使所多玛、撒玛利亚及她们的女儿们复兴，并使你一同复兴，

以色列的上帝——万军之耶和华说：“我使被掳的犹大人回到故乡后，他们要在犹大各城邑再次呼喊，“‘公义的居所啊，圣山啊，愿耶和华赐福给你！’

“主耶和华说，‘在我洗净你们一切罪恶的日子，我要使你们的城邑有人居住，废墟得以重建。荒凉之地必有人耕种，路人再也看不见荒地。他们会说，以前的荒凉之地如今竟变得像伊甸园，被毁坏废弃的荒凉城邑已经设防，有人居住。这样，你们四周其余的民族便知道我耶和华已重建毁坏之处，重新耕种荒废之地。我耶和华言出必行。’

“因此，主耶和华说，‘我要使雅各被掳的人回到故土，我要怜悯全以色列人，热心维护我的圣名。

他们的财物必遭抢掠，家园必沦为废墟。他们建造房屋，却不能住在里面；栽种葡萄园，却喝不到葡萄酒。

你们践踏穷人，对他们横征暴敛。因此，你们用凿过的石头建房，却不得居住在里面；你们种植佳美的葡萄园，却喝不到葡萄酒。
