蓋聞爾等既能堅信基督耶穌、又能熱愛眾聖、

because we have heard of your faith in Christ Jesus and of the love you have for all God’s people—

We thank him because we have heard about your faith in Christ Jesus. We have also heard that you love all God’s people.

We remember before our God and Father your work produced by faith, your labor prompted by love, and your endurance inspired by hope in our Lord Jesus Christ. (niv)

because I hear about your love for all his holy people and your faith in the Lord Jesus. (niv)

And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them. (niv)

For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision has any value. The only thing that counts is faith expressing itself through love. (niv)

But Timothy has just now come to us from you and has brought good news about your faith and love. He has told us that you always have pleasant memories of us and that you long to see us, just as we also long to see you. (niv)

Now about your love for one another we do not need to write to you, for you yourselves have been taught by God to love each other.And in fact, you do love all of God’s family throughout Macedonia. Yet we urge you, brothers and sisters, to do so more and more, (niv)

Through him you believe in God, who raised him from the dead and glorified him, and so your faith and hope are in God.Now that you have purified yourselves by obeying the truth so that you have sincere love for each other, love one another deeply, from the heart.For you have been born again, not of perishable seed, but of imperishable, through the living and enduring word of God. and not only by his coming but also by the comfort you had given him. He told us about your longing for me, your deep sorrow, your ardent concern for me, so that my joy was greater than ever. (niv)

We ought always to thank God for you, brothers and sisters, and rightly so, because your faith is growing more and more, and the love all of you have for one another is increasing. (niv)

For this reason, since the day we heard about you, we have not stopped praying for you. We continually ask God to fill you with the knowledge of his will through all the wisdom and understanding that the Spirit gives, (niv)

God is not unjust; he will not forget your work and the love you have shown him as you have helped his people and continue to help them. (niv)
