為此，我們自從聽到這事的那一天起，就不斷地為你們禱告和祈求：願你們藉著一切屬靈的智慧和悟性，能被神旨意的真正知識所充滿；

故我儕自聞之之日、為爾祈禱不已、俾爾充諸靈智靈識、洞悉其旨、

我儕聞之、為爾祈禱不輟、願爾感聖神得智慧、備知其旨、

是以我儕自聞之之時、為爾祈禱不已、求主俾爾得諸睿智靈慧、盡知其旨、

吾人逖聽之餘、即不輟為爾祈求、賜爾靈慧妙識、俾能切身體認天主弘旨、臻於圓融洞澈之地；

For this reason, since the day we heard about you, we have not stopped praying for you. We continually ask God to fill you with the knowledge of his will through all the wisdom and understanding that the Spirit gives,

That’s why we have not stopped praying for you. We have been praying for you since the day we heard about you. We keep asking God to fill you with the knowledge of what he wants. We pray he will give you the wisdom and understanding that the Spirit gives.

And so, from the day we heard, we have not ceased to pray for you, asking that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding,

So we have not stopped praying for you since we first heard about you. We ask God to give you complete knowledge of his will and to give you spiritual wisdom and understanding.

For this reason also, since the day we heard this, we haven’t stopped praying for you. We are asking that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding,

For this reason we also, since the day we heard about it, have not ceased praying for you and asking that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding,

For this reason we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to ask that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;

惟独从上头来的智慧，先是清洁，后是和平，温良柔顺，满有怜悯，多结善果，没有偏见，没有假冒。

你们要爱惜光阴，用智慧与外人交往。

你们中间若有缺少智慧的，应当求那厚赐与众人、也不斥责人的神，主就必赐给他。

我所祷告的，就是要你们的爱心在知识和各样见识上多而又多，使你们能分别是非，作诚实无过的人，直到基督的日子；并靠着耶稣基督结满了仁义的果子，叫荣耀称赞归与神。

因为神的旨意原是要你们行善，可以堵住那糊涂无知人的口。

在各样善事上成全你们，叫你们遵行他的旨意；又藉着耶稣基督在你们心里行他所喜悦的事。愿荣耀归给他，直到永永远远。阿们！

因此，我既听见你们信从主耶稣，亲爱众圣徒，就为你们不住地感谢神。祷告的时候，常提到你们，求我们主耶稣基督的神，荣耀的父，将那赐人智慧和启示的灵赏给你们，使你们真知道他，并且照明你们心中的眼睛，使你们知道他的恩召有何等指望，他在圣徒中得的基业有何等丰盛的荣耀；并知道他向我们这信的人所显的能力是何等浩大，就是照他在基督身上所运行的大能大力，使他从死里复活，叫他在天上坐在自己的右边，

至于我，断不停止为你们祷告，以致得罪耶和华。我必以善道正路指教你们。

求你指教我遵行你的旨意，因你是我的神。你的灵本为善；求你引我到平坦之地。

因此，我们常为你们祷告，愿我们的神看你们配得过所蒙的召，又用大能成就你们一切所羡慕的良善和一切因信心所做的工夫，

不住地祷告，

你们必须忍耐，使你们行完了神的旨意，就可以得着所应许的。

不要效法这个世界，只要心意更新而变化，叫你们察验何为神的善良、纯全、可喜悦的旨意。

因此，我在父面前屈膝，（天上地上的各家，都是从他得名。）求他按着他丰盛的荣耀，藉着他的灵，叫你们心里的力量刚强起来，使基督因你们的信，住在你们心里，叫你们的爱心有根有基，能以和众圣徒一同明白基督的爱是何等长阔高深，并知道这爱是过于人所能测度的，便叫神一切所充满的，充满了你们。

我们感谢神我们主耶稣基督的父，常常为你们祷告；因听见你们在基督耶稣里的信心，并向众圣徒的爱心，

当用各样的智慧，把基督的道理丰丰富富地存在心里，用诗章、颂词、灵歌，彼此教导，互相劝戒，心被恩感，歌颂神。

在神我们的父面前，不住地记念你们因信心所做的工夫，因爱心所受的劳苦，因盼望我们主耶稣基督所存的忍耐。

这世界和其上的情欲都要过去，惟独遵行神旨意的，是永远常存。

这福音传到你们那里，也传到普天之下，并且结果，增长，如同在你们中间，自从你们听见福音，真知道神恩惠的日子一样。

这恩典是神用诸般智慧聪明，充充足足赏给我们的；

我祷告的时候提到你，常为你感谢我的神；

每逢为你们众人祈求的时候，常是欢欢喜喜地祈求。

有你们那里的人，作基督耶稣仆人的以巴弗问你们安。他在祷告之间，常为你们竭力地祈求，愿你们在神一切的旨意上得以完全，信心充足，能站立得稳。

不要作糊涂人，要明白主的旨意如何。

不要只在眼前侍奉，像是讨人喜欢的，要像基督的仆人，从心里遵行神的旨意。

你们存这样的心，从今以后就可以不从人的情欲，只从神的旨意在世度余下的光阴。

人若立志遵着他的旨意行，就必晓得这教训或是出于神，或是我凭着自己说的。

总要察验何为主所喜悦的事。

我比我的师傅更通达，因我思想你的法度。

我感谢神，就是我接续祖先用清洁的良心所侍奉的神。祈祷的时候，不住的想念你，记念你的眼泪，昼夜切切地想要见你，好叫我满心快乐。

第一，我靠着耶稣基督，为你们众人感谢我的神，因你们的信德传遍了天下。我在他儿子福音上，用心灵所侍奉的神可以见证，我怎样不住地提到你们；在祷告之间常常恳求，或者照神的旨意，终能得平坦的道路往你们那里去。

又因你们在他里面凡事富足，口才、知识都全备，

于是彼得被囚在监里；教会却为他切切地祷告神。
