你们也在基督里受了非人手所行的割礼，是基督为除掉你们的罪恶本性而行的割礼。

即爾等之領受割禮、亦在基督之中：惟斯割禮非以人手為之、乃克己去欲之基督割禮也。

In him you were also circumcised with a circumcision not performed by human hands. Your whole self ruled by the flesh was put off when you were circumcised by Christ,

When you received Christ, your circumcision was not done by human hands. Instead, your circumcision was done by Christ. He put away the person you used to be. At that time, sin’s power ruled over you.

In him also you were circumcised with a circumcision made without hands, by putting off the body of the flesh, by the circumcision of Christ,

When you came to Christ, you were“ circumcised,” but not by a physical procedure. Christ performed a spiritual circumcision— the cutting away of your sinful nature.

You were also circumcised in him with a circumcision not done with hands, by putting off the body of flesh, in the circumcision of Christ,

and in Him you were also circumcised with a circumcision performed without hands, in the removal of the body of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ,

唯有从心里做犹太人的才是真犹太人，真割礼是借着圣灵在心里受的割礼，不在于律法条文。这样的人得到的称赞不是从人来的，而是从上帝来的。

因为真正受割礼的人是我们这些靠着上帝的灵敬拜、以基督耶稣为荣、不倚靠自身条件的人。

我们知道，我们的旧人已经和祂一同钉在十字架上，使辖制我们身体的罪失去力量，使我们不再做罪的奴隶。

那些属基督的人已经把罪恶的本性和本性里的邪情私欲都钉在十字架上了。

你们的上帝耶和华要洁净你们和你们子孙的心，好让你们全心全意地爱祂，并且存活。

就应该与从前的生活方式一刀两断，脱去因私欲的迷惑而渐渐败坏的旧人，

因为基督并非进入了人手所造的圣所，那只是真圣所的缩影，祂是进入了天堂，替我们来到上帝面前。

若有人在基督里，他就是新造的人，旧事已过，看啊，一切都更新了。

所以，你们要洗心革面，不可再顽固不化。

我已经与基督一同被钉在十字架上，现在活着的不再是我，而是基督活在我里面。我现在是靠信上帝的儿子而活着，祂爱我，为我舍命。

但现在必须杜绝这一切的恶事，如怒气、愤恨、恶毒、毁谤和污言秽语。不要彼此说谎，因为你们已经脱去了旧人和旧的行为，

现在基督已经来到，做了美好新约的大祭司，祂进入了那更伟大、更全备、非人手建造、不属于这个世界的圣幕。

我们是上帝的杰作，是在基督耶稣里创造的，为要叫我们做祂预先安排给我们的美善之事。因此，你们要记住，从前按照肉体来说你们是外族人，那些肉体上受过人手所行割礼的以色列人称你们为“没有受过割礼的”。那时，你们与基督无关，又不是以色列人，在上帝应许的诸约上是局外人，你们活在世上没有盼望，没有上帝。但你们这些从前远离上帝的人，如今在基督耶稣里，靠着祂所流的血已经被带到上帝面前。因为基督耶稣亲自给我们带来了和平，以自己的身体拆毁了以色列人和外族人之间充满敌意的隔墙，使双方合而为一，并废除了以诫命和规条为内容的律法制度。祂这样做是为了在自己里面把双方造成一个新人，成就和平，并借着十字架消灭彼此间的敌意，使双方借着一个身体与上帝和好。祂来传扬这平安的福音给你们这些离上帝很远的外族人，也给我们这些离上帝很近的以色列人。我们双方都是靠着祂在同一位圣灵的引导下来到父上帝面前。

你们要自行割礼，除掉心中的污垢，归向耶和华。不然，我必因你们的恶行而发烈怒，如火燃烧，无人能够扑灭。

“这位创造宇宙万物的上帝是天地的主宰，并不住在人手建造的庙宇里，

我们知道，我们的身体好比是地上的帐篷，如果毁坏了，我们就从上帝那里得到一个住处，不是人手造的，而是天上永恒的“房屋”。

然而，时候一到，上帝就差遣自己的儿子借着一位女子降生，并受律法的约束，为要救赎一切受律法约束的人，使我们成为祂的儿女。

在第八天，婴孩接受了割礼，祂的名字叫耶稣，是玛丽亚怀孕前天使取的。

“其实至高的上帝并不住人造的殿，祂曾借着先知说，

“我们听见祂说，‘我要拆毁这座人手建造的圣殿，三天内不靠人力另造一座。’”
