他說：「你知道我為甚麼到你這裏來嗎？現在我要回去與波斯的領袖爭戰，我去了之後，看哪，希臘的領袖必來。

他說：“現在我要回去和波斯的護衛天使作戰；我一離去，希臘的護衛天使就要來。但你知道我為甚麼到你這裡來嗎？

他就說：『你知道我為甚麼來找你麼？現在我要回去跟波斯的護衛天使爭戰；我出戰完了，你看吧，希臘的護衛天使就必來。

彼曰、我之詣爾、爾知其故乎、今我將返、與波斯之君戰、我既去、希臘之君必至、

彼曰我至爾所、非無故也、頃必復至、巴西與其君鬥、厥後雅番君將至、

He said,“ Do you know why I’ve come to you? I must return at once to fight against the prince of Persia, and when I leave, the prince of Greece will come.

Then he said,“ Do you understand why I came to you? But I shall now return to fight against the prince of Persia; so I am leaving, and behold, the prince of Greece is about to come.

Then he said,“ Do you know why I have come to you? And now I must return to fight with the prince of Persia; and when I have gone forth, indeed the prince of Greece will come.

Then said he, Knowest thou wherefore I am come unto thee? and now will I return to fight with the prince of Persia: and when I go forth, lo, the prince of Greece shall come.

He said,“ Do you know why I’ve come to you? I must return at once to fight against the prince of Persia, and when I leave, the prince of Greece will come.

Then said he, Knowest thou wherefore I come unto thee? and now will I return to fight with the prince of Persia: and when I am gone forth, lo, the prince of Grecia shall come.

He said,“ Do you know why I have come to you? Now I am about to return to engage in battle with the prince of Persia. When I go, the prince of Greece is coming.

Then he said,“ Do you know why I have come to you? Now I will return to fight with the prince of Persia. When I go out, behold, the prince of Greece will come.

The shaggy goat is the king of Greece, and the large horn between its eyes is the first king. (niv)

“ Now then, I tell you the truth: Three more kings will arise in Persia, and then a fourth, who will be far richer than all the others. When he has gained power by his wealth, he will stir up everyone against the kingdom of Greece.Then a mighty king will arise, who will rule with great power and do as he pleases.After he has arisen, his empire will be broken up and parceled out toward the four winds of heaven. It will not go to his descendants, nor will it have the power he exercised, because his empire will be uprooted and given to others. (niv)

But the prince of the Persian kingdom resisted me twenty-one days. Then Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, because I was detained there with the king of Persia. (niv)

As I was thinking about this, suddenly a goat with a prominent horn between its eyes came from the west, crossing the whole earth without touching the ground.It came toward the two-horned ram I had seen standing beside the canal and charged at it in great rage.I saw it attack the ram furiously, striking the ram and shattering its two horns. The ram was powerless to stand against it; the goat knocked it to the ground and trampled on it, and none could rescue the ram from its power.The goat became very great, but at the height of its power the large horn was broken off, and in its place four prominent horns grew up toward the four winds of heaven. (niv)

Immediately, because Herod did not give praise to God, an angel of the Lord struck him down, and he was eaten by worms and died. (niv)

Then the angel of the Lord went out and put to death a hundred and eighty- five thousand in the Assyrian camp. When the people got up the next morning— there were all the dead bodies! (niv)

“ After that, I looked, and there before me was another beast, one that looked like a leopard. And on its back it had four wings like those of a bird. This beast had four heads, and it was given authority to rule. (niv)
