“ Now then, I tell you the truth: Three more kings will arise in Persia, and then a fourth, who will be far richer than all the others. When he has gained power by his wealth, he will stir up everyone against the kingdom of Greece.

他们把骄傲作项链戴在颈上，把暴力作外袍裹在身上。他们胖得眼睛凸出，心中充满罪恶。

坐在宝座上的那位对我说：“看啊！我已经将一切都更新了。你要将这一切记录下来，因为这些话真实可信。”

他集中力量，鼓起勇气，率领大军进攻南方王。南方王也率领强大的军队迎战，却敌不过他，因为有人暗算南方王。

他说：“你知道我为什么要到你这里来吗？现在我要回去与波斯的守护神争战。我离开后，希腊的守护神就会来。除了你们的守护天使米迦勒以外，谁也不能帮助我抵挡他们。我来是要把记录在真理书上的事告诉你。

第二只兽像熊，用两只后腿站立，牙齿间叼着三根肋骨，有声音对它说，‘起来，多吞吃肉吧！’

圣经上的话是不能废的，既然上帝称那些承受祂道的人为神，

波斯王塞鲁士执政第三年，但以理，又名伯提沙撒，得到启示。这启示是真实的，是关于一场大争战的事。但以理通过异象明白了启示的意思。

要使你认识真理，能准确答复差你来的人。

我看见这公绵羊向西方、北方和南方顶撞，没有兽能抵挡它，或逃脱它的威力。它随心所欲，狂妄自大。
