After coming to an agreement with him, he will act deceitfully, and with only a few people he will rise to power.

The king of Syria will make an agreement with that prince. But then the king of Syria will not keep his word. He will rise to even greater power with the help of only a few people.

And from the time that an alliance is made with him he shall act deceitfully, and he shall become strong with a small people.

可是我担心，恐怕你们的思想受到败坏，离开对基督的忠实和贞洁，就像蛇用它的诡计欺骗了夏娃那样。

行事诡诈的人哪，你的舌头谋算奸恶，如同磨利的剃刀！
