While I, Daniel, was watching the vision and trying to understand it, there before me stood one who looked like a man.

I was having the vision. And I was trying to understand it. Then I saw someone who looked like a man.

When I, Daniel, had seen the vision, I sought to understand it. And behold, there stood before me one having the appearance of a man.

As I, Daniel, was trying to understand the meaning of this vision, someone who looked like a man stood in front of me.

While I, Daniel, was watching the vision and trying to understand it, there stood before me someone who appeared to be a man.

有狀若人者捫我脣、我則啟口、謂立我前者曰、我主歟、我因異象、憂苦轉加我身、精力無存、

其間有似人子者、身衣長衣及足、胸束金帶、

又有狀若人者撫我、壯我、

斯救也、諸先知預言將臨於爾之恩者、且探索而研究之、乃考基督之神在其衷者、預證基督受苦、而後得榮、所指何時、何如時、

我聞而不悟、則曰、我主歟、此事之終局若何、

其言至此而竟、我但以理中懷煩擾、容色改變、惟存此事於心、伯沙撒王三年、我但以理於前見異象後、復見異象、

曰、非也、我來為耶和華軍長、約書亞遂伏地拜曰、我主諭僕何詞、

讀經者宜悟哉、爾見穢惡摧殘者、立於不當立之地、斯時也、居猶太者、宜遁於山、

蓋有嬰孩為我而生、有子錫予於我、其肩負荷國政、其名稱為奇士、謀主、全能之神、恆久之父、和平之君、

其時人子之兆見於天、在地諸族必皆哀傷、且見人子以大權大榮、乘雲而來、

俾其視而不明、聽而不悟、恐其轉移而獲赦也、

智在於此、有穎悟者可計獸之數、蓋人數也、即六百六十有六、

舉目而觀、見一人衣枲衣、腰束烏法精金、

我於夜間異象中、又見一人若人子者、乘天雲而來、詣年高者、被引至於其前、

時、耶穌離眾入室、其徒就之曰、田稗之喻、明以教我、

首上穹蒼、其上有形若座、色如碧玉、座上有形似人、我見其色、自腰以上、有若光華之珀、如火閃爍、自腰以下、其狀如火、四周焜耀、其四周焜耀之狀、若下雨時、雲中之虹、此乃耶和華榮光之狀、我見之、面伏於地、有與我言者、我聞其聲焉、

我乃就一侍者、詢諸事之實、彼以之告我、為我解其義曰、此四巨獸即四王、將出於世者、惟至上者之聖民、必承其國、以為己有、永世靡暨、我欲知第四獸之實、以其異於他獸、甚可畏懼、其牙為鐵、其爪為銅、吞噬碎裂、足踐所餘、

爾觀先知但以理所言、穢惡摧殘者、立於聖地、讀者宜致思焉、
