今我來此、俾爾知爾民末日所遭之事、蓋此異象、歷多日始應也、

發聲時、我將書之、聞自天有聲曰、七雷所發者、緘之勿書、

謂之曰、爾其與我靜處多日、勿行淫、勿從他人、我之於爾亦然、以色列人必歷多日、無王無君、無祭祀、無柱像、無聖衣、無家神、

彼乃自大、而敵天象之君、去其日獻之祭、傾其聖所、因討罪而得軍、以敵日獻之祭、委棄真理於地、隨意而行、無不利達、我聞一聖者宣言、又有一聖者詢之曰、異象所示、論去日獻之祭、與行毀滅之罪、且付聖所與軍旅、而受足踐、其事延至何時、對曰、迨至二千三百晝夜、聖所乃得潔清、○我但以理既睹此異象、欲明其義、見有一立於我前者、其貌若人、

咸被拘集、如囚聚於囹圄、禁於監獄、歷日既久、則必受罰、
