當時我命爾士師曰、爾聽訟、或人與宗族、或人與賓旅、當秉公以行鞫、

我命士師云、聽訟於宗族賓旅間、以正理為折中、

當時我命爾士師曰、爾聽訟於同族人間、或於同族人與外邦客旅間、當以公義判斷、

And I charged your judges at that time,“ Hear the disputes between your people and judge fairly, whether the case is between two Israelites or between an Israelite and a foreigner residing among you.

Here is what I commanded your judges at that time. I said,“ Listen to your people’s cases when they argue with one another. Judge them fairly. It doesn’t matter whether the case is between two Israelites or between an Israelite and an outsider living among you.

And I charged your judges at that time,‘ Hear the cases between your brothers, and judge righteously between a man and his brother or the alien who is with him.

“ At that time I instructed the judges,‘ You must hear the cases of your fellow Israelites and the foreigners living among you. Be perfectly fair in your decisions

I commanded your judges at that time: Hear the cases between your brothers, and judge rightly between a man and his brother or his resident alien.

“ Then I ordered your judges at that time, saying,‘ Hear the cases between your fellow countrymen and judge righteously between a person and his fellow countryman, or the stranger who is with him.

“ Then I commanded your judges at that time, saying,‘ Hear the cases between your brethren, and judge righteously between a man and his brother or the stranger who is with him.

And I charged your judges at that time, saying, Hear the causes between your brethren, and judge righteously between a man and his brother, and the sojourner that is with him.

I commanded your judges at that time: Hear the cases between your brothers, and judge rightly between a man and his brother or a foreign resident.

And I charged your judges at that time, saying, Hear[ the causes] between your brethren, and judge righteously between[ every] man and his brother, and the stranger[ that is] with him.

I furthermore admonished your judges at that time that they should pay attention to issues among your fellow citizens and judge fairly, whether between one citizen and another or a citizen and a resident foreigner.

I commanded your judges at that time, saying,“ Hear cases between your brothers and judge righteously between a man and his brother, and the foreigner who is living with him.

不可按外貌断定是非，总要按公平断定是非。”

不管是寄居的是本地人，同归一例。我是耶和华你们的神。”

“你要在耶和华你神所赐的各城里，按着各支派设立审判官和官长。他们必按公义的审判判断百姓。不可屈枉正直；不可看人的外貌。也不可受贿赂；因为贿赂能叫智慧人的眼变瞎了，又能颠倒义人的话。

当远离虚假的事。不可杀无辜和有义的人，因我必不以恶人为义。不可受贿赂；因为贿赂能叫明眼人变瞎了，又能颠倒义人的话。“不可欺压寄居的；因为你们在埃及地作过寄居的，知道寄居的心。”

他为孤儿寡妇伸冤，又怜爱寄居的，赐给他衣食。所以你们要怜爱寄居的，因为你们在埃及地也作过寄居的。

我在神和基督耶稣并蒙拣选的天使面前嘱咐你：要遵守这些话，不可存成见，行事也不可有偏心。

你要嘱咐那些今世富足的人，不要自高，也不要倚靠无定的钱财；只要倚靠那厚赐百物给我们享受的神。

使他站在祭司以利亚撒和全会众面前，嘱咐他，

耶和华对摩西说：“你的死期临近了；要召约书亚来，你们二人站在会幕里，我好嘱咐他。”于是摩西和约书亚去站在会幕里。

世人哪，你们默然不语，真合公义吗？施行审判，岂按正直吗？

“困苦穷乏的雇工，无论是你的弟兄或是在你城里寄居的，你不可欺负他。

不可随众行恶；不可在争讼的事上随众偏行，作见证屈枉正直；也不可在争讼的事上偏护穷人。

对他们说：“你们办事应当谨慎；因为你们判断不是为人，乃是为耶和华。判断的时候，他必与你们同在。现在你们应当敬畏耶和华，谨慎办事；因为耶和华我们的神没有不义，不偏待人，也不受贿赂。”约沙法从利未人和祭司，并以色列族长中派定人，在耶路撒冷为耶和华判断，听民间的争讼，就回耶路撒冷去了。约沙法嘱咐他们说：“你们当敬畏耶和华，忠心诚实办事。住在各城里你们的弟兄，若有争讼的事来到你们这里，或为流血，或犯律法、诫命、律例、典章，你们要警戒他们，免得他们得罪耶和华，以致他的忿怒临到你们和你们的弟兄；这样行，你们就没有罪了。

“你们施行审判，不可行不义；不可偏护穷人，也不可重看有势力的人，只要按着公义审判你的邻舍。

“不可亏负寄居的，也不可欺压他，因为你们在埃及地也作过寄居的。

以色列的神、以色列的磐石晓谕我说：那以公义治理人民的，敬畏神执掌权柄，

当日，摩西嘱咐百姓说：

你们也晓得，我们怎样劝勉你们，安慰你们，嘱咐你们各人，好像父亲待自己的儿女一样，
