You shall be careful and perform what goes out of your lips, since in fact you have vowed a voluntary offering to the Lord your God, whatever you have promised.

你嘴里所出的，就是你口中应许甘心所献的，要照你向耶和华你神所许的愿谨守遵行。

你嘴唇所说的，你亲口承诺的，要照你甘心向耶和华—你上帝许的愿谨守遵行。

你嘴唇所说的，你亲口承诺的，要照你甘心向耶和华—你神许的愿谨守遵行。

但如果你们亲口许了愿，一定要向你们的上帝耶和华信守诺言。

你嘴里说出来的，你要谨守；你亲口应许的甘心祭，就是你向耶和华你的神许的愿，你要实行。

言出於口、許願樂輸於爾上帝耶和華前、必償毋緩。

言已出口、於主爾之天主前許願獻禮物、則必守所言循之而行、○

Whatever your lips utter you must be sure to do, because you made your vow freely to the Lord your God with your own mouth.

Make sure you do what you promised to do. With your own mouth you made the promise to the Lord your God. No one forced you to do it.

You shall be careful to do what has passed your lips, for you have voluntarily vowed to the Lord your God what you have promised with your mouth.

But once you have voluntarily made a vow, be careful to fulfill your promise to the Lord your God.

Be careful to do whatever comes from your lips, because you have freely vowed what you promised to the LORD your God.

That which has gone from your lips you shall keep and perform, for you voluntarily vowed to the Lord your God what you have promised with your mouth.

That which is gone out of thy lips thou shalt observe and do; according as thou hast vowed unto Jehovah thy God, a freewill- offering, which thou hast promised with thy mouth.

Be careful to do whatever comes from your lips, because you have freely vowed what you promised to the Lord your God.

That which is gone out of thy lips thou shalt keep and perform;[ even] a freewill offering, according as thou hast vowed unto the LORD thy God, which thou hast promised with thy mouth.

Whatever you vow, you must be careful to do what you have promised, such as what you have vowed to the LORD your God as a freewill offering.

You shall observe and do that which has gone out of your lips. Whatever you have vowed to Yahweh your God as a free will offering, which you have promised with your mouth, you must do.

It is a trap for a person to say carelessly,“ It is holy!” And after the vows to make inquiry.

When you make a vow to God, do not be late in paying it; for He takes no delight in fools. Pay what you vow!It is better that you not vow, than vow and not pay.

So when he saw her, he tore his clothes and said,“ Oh, my daughter! You have brought me disaster, and you are among those who trouble me; for I have given my word to the Lord, and I cannot take it back.”

So do not listen to them, for more than forty of them are in hiding to ambush him, and these men have put themselves under an oath not to eat or drink until they kill him; and now they are ready and waiting for assurance from you.”

And Jephthah made a vow to the Lord and said,“ If You will indeed hand over to me the sons of Ammon,then whatever comes out the doors of my house to meet me when I return safely from the sons of Ammon, it shall be the Lord’s, and I will offer it up as a burnt offering.”

and when the daughter of Herodias herself came in and danced, she pleased Herod and his dinner guests; and the king said to the girl,“ Ask me for whatever you want, and I will give it to you.”And he swore to her,“ Whatever you ask of me, I will give it to you, up to half of my kingdom.”

And she made a vow and said,“ Lord of armies, if You will indeed look on the affliction of Your bond servant and remember me, and not forget Your bond servant, but will give Your bond servant a son, then I will give him to the Lord all the days of his life, and a razor shall never come on his head.”

I will pay my vows to the Lord, May it be in the presence of all His people,

When it was day, the Jews formed a conspiracy and put themselves under an oath, saying that they would neither eat nor drink until they had killed Paul.

Now the men of Israel were hard pressed on that day, for Saul had put the people under oath, saying,“ Cursed be the man who eats food before evening, and before I have avenged myself on my enemies.” So none of the people tasted food.

This is what the Lord of armies, the God of Israel says:‘ As for you and your wives, you have spoken with your mouths and fulfilled it with your hands, saying,“ We will certainly perform our vows that we have vowed, to burn sacrifices to the queen of heaven and pour out drink offerings to her.” By all means fulfill your vows, and be sure to perform your vows!’In return, hear the word of the Lord, all Judah who are living in the land of Egypt:‘ Behold, I have sworn by My great name,’ says the Lord,‘ that My name shall never be invoked again by the mouth of anyone of Judah in all the land of Egypt, saying,“ As the Lord God lives.”Behold, I am watching over them for harm and not for good, and all the people of Judah who are in the land of Egypt will meet their end by the sword or by famine until they are completely gone.

I shall come into Your house with burnt offerings; I shall pay You my vows,Which my lips uttered And my mouth spoke when I was in distress.

If a man makes a vow to the Lord, or takes an oath to put himself under a binding obligation, he shall not break his word; he shall act in accordance with everything that comes out of his mouth.
