耶和华的这誓约不仅是与你们立的，

我不但与你们立这约，起这誓，

耶和華的這誓約不僅是與你們立的，

“我不但與你們立這約，起這誓；

『我不單同你們立這約、宣這誓；

此約與誓、我不第與爾曹立也、

我立此盟約、不第與爾曹、

此約此誓我不第與爾曹立、

I am making this covenant, with its oath, not only with you

I’m making this covenant and the promise that goes along with it. I’m making this covenant with you.

It is not with you alone that I am making this sworn covenant,

“ But you are not the only ones with whom I am making this covenant with its curses.

I am making this covenant and this oath not only with you,

“ Now it is not with you alone that I am making this covenant and this oath,

“ I make this covenant and this oath, not with you alone,

Neither with you only do I make this covenant and this oath,

I am making this covenant and this oath not only with you,

Neither with you only do I make this covenant and this oath;

It is not with you alone that I am making this covenant by oath,

Neither do I make this covenant and this oath with you only,

耶和华说：“看啊，时候将到，我要与以色列家和犹大家另立新约，这约不同于我与他们祖先所立的约，就是我牵着他们祖先的手领他们离开埃及时所立的。虽然我是他们的丈夫，他们却违背了我的约。这是耶和华说的。”耶和华说：“那些日子以后，我将与以色列家立这样的约，我要把我的律法放在他们脑中，写在他们心上。我要做他们的上帝，他们要做我的子民。谁都无需再教导他的邻居和弟兄，说，‘你要认识耶和华’，因为他们无论尊卑都必认识我。我要赦免他们的过犯，忘掉他们的罪恶。这是耶和华说的。”

因为如果第一个约没有缺点，就不必另立新约了。然而，上帝指责祂的百姓，说：“看啊，时候将到，我要与以色列家和犹大家另立新约，这约不同于我与他们祖先所立的约，就是我牵着他们祖先的手领他们离开埃及时所立的。因为他们不持守我的约，所以我不再理会他们。这是主说的。主又说，那些日子以后，我将与以色列家立这样的约，我要把我的律法放在他们脑中，写在他们心上。我要做他们的上帝，他们要做我的子民。谁都无需再教导自己的邻居和弟兄，说，‘你要认识主。’因为他们无论尊卑都必认识我。我要赦免他们的过犯，忘掉他们的罪恶。”
