Yet thou shalt see the land before[ thee]; but thou shalt not go thither unto the land which I give the children of Israel.

Therefore, you will see the land only from a distance; you will not enter the land I am giving to the people of Israel.”

So you will see the land, but only from far away. You will not enter the land I am giving to the Israelites.”

For you shall see the land before you, but you shall not go there, into the land that I am giving to the people of Israel.”

And Moses went up from the plains of Moab unto the mountain of Nebo, to the top of Pisgah, that[ is] over against Jericho. And the LORD shewed him all the land of Gilead, unto Dan,And all Naphtali, and the land of Ephraim, and Manasseh, and all the land of Judah, unto the utmost sea,And the south, and the plain of the valley of Jericho, the city of palm trees, unto Zoar.And the LORD said unto him, This[ is] the land which I sware unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, saying, I will give it unto thy seed: I have caused thee to see[ it] with thine eyes, but thou shalt not go over thither.

Get thee up into the top of Pisgah, and lift up thine eyes westward, and northward, and southward, and eastward, and behold[ it] with thine eyes: for thou shalt not go over this Jordan.

And the LORD said unto Moses, Get thee up into this mount Abarim, and see the land which I have given unto the children of Israel.

These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of[ them], and embraced[ them], and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth.

And these all, having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise:

Also the LORD was angry with me for your sakes, saying, Thou also shalt not go in thither.

Get thee up into this mountain Abarim,[ unto] mount Nebo, which[ is] in the land of Moab, that[ is] over against Jericho; and behold the land of Canaan, which I give unto the children of Israel for a possession:
