你在何烈山站在永恆主你的上帝面前那一天，永恆主怎樣對我說：「你要召集人民，我要叫他們聽我的話，使他們儘在地上活着的日子可以學習敬畏我，也可以教訓他們的兒女。

昔爾在何烈、立於爾上帝耶和華前時、耶和華諭我曰、當集斯民、我使之聽我言、俾其在世、一生學寅畏我、而教子女、

Remember the day you stood before the Lord your God at Horeb, when he said to me,“ Assemble the people before me to hear my words so that they may learn to revere me as long as they live in the land and may teach them to their children.”

Remember the day you stood at Mount Horeb. The Lord your God was there. He said to me,“ Bring the people to me to hear my words. I want them to learn to have respect for me as long as they live in the land. I want them to teach my words to their children.”

how on the day that you stood before the Lord your God at Horeb, the Lord said to me,‘ Gather the people to me, that I may let them hear my words, so that they may learn to fear me all the days that they live on the earth, and that they may teach their children so.’

The Lord said to Moses,“ I am going to come to you in a dense cloud, so that the people will hear me speaking with you and will always put their trust in you.” Then Moses told the Lord what the people had said. (niv)

On the morning of the third day there was thunder and lightning, with a thick cloud over the mountain, and a very loud trumpet blast. Everyone in the camp trembled. (niv)

You have not come to a mountain that can be touched and that is burning with fire; to darkness, gloom and storm;to a trumpet blast or to such a voice speaking words that those who heard it begged that no further word be spoken to them, (niv)

The Lord our God made a covenant with us at Horeb. (niv)

Moses said to the people,“ Do not be afraid. God has come to test you, so that the fear of God will be with you to keep you from sinning.” (niv)

When the people saw the thunder and lightning and heard the trumpet and saw the mountain in smoke, they trembled with fear. They stayed at a distance (niv)

Now all has been heard; here is the conclusion of the matter: Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the duty of all mankind. (niv)

It is to be with him, and he is to read it all the days of his life so that he may learn to revere the Lord his God and follow carefully all the words of this law and these decrees (niv)

Oh, that their hearts would be inclined to fear me and keep all my commands always, so that it might go well with them and their children forever! (niv)

But be sure to fear the Lord and serve him faithfully with all your heart; consider what great things he has done for you. (niv)

Assemble the people— men, women and children, and the foreigners residing in your towns— so they can listen and learn to fear the Lord your God and follow carefully all the words of this law.Their children, who do not know this law, must hear it and learn to fear the Lord your God as long as you live in the land you are crossing the Jordan to possess.” (niv)

See to it that you do not refuse him who speaks. If they did not escape when they refused him who warned them on earth, how much less will we, if we turn away from him who warns us from heaven? (niv)

His mercy extends to those who fear him, from generation to generation. (niv)

Then a voice came from the throne, saying:“ Praise our God, all you his servants, you who fear him, both great and small!” (niv)

Eat the tithe of your grain, new wine and olive oil, and the firstborn of your herds and flocks in the presence of the Lord your God at the place he will choose as a dwelling for his Name, so that you may learn to revere the Lord your God always. (niv)
