And what other nation is so great as to have such righteous decrees and laws as this body of laws I am setting before you today?

I’m giving you the laws of the Lord today. What other nation is great enough to have rules and laws as fair as these?

And what great nation is there, that has statutes and rules so righteous as all this law that I set before you today?

And what great nation has righteous statutes and ordinances like this entire law I set before you today?

Or what great nation is there that has statutes and judgments as righteous as this whole Law which I am setting before you today?

And what great nation is there that has such statutes and righteous judgments as are in all this law which I set before you this day?

And what great nation is there, that hath statutes and ordinances so righteous as all this law, which I set before you this day?

And what great nation has righteous statutes and ordinances like this entire law I set before you today?

And what nation[ is there so] great, that hath statutes and judgments[ so] righteous as all this law, which I set before you this day?

And what other great nation has statutes and ordinances as just as this whole law that I am about to share with you today?

He has revealed his words to Jacob, his decrees and regulations to Israel.He has not done this for any other nation; they do not know his regulations. Praise the Lord!

All your commands are trustworthy. Protect me from those who hunt me down without cause.

But still, the law itself is holy, and its commands are holy and right and good.But how can that be? Did the law, which is good, cause my death? Of course not! Sin used what was good to bring about my condemnation to death. So we can see how terrible sin really is. The laws of the Lord are true; each one is fair.They are more desirable than gold, even the finest gold. They are sweeter than honey, even honey dripping from the comb.They are a warning to your servant, a great reward for those who obey them.
