爾當以義播之、依仁穫之、尋求耶和華之時已屆、爾其開墾土壤、迨其臨蒞、雨爾以義、

夫少稼少穡、多稼多穡、

萬軍之耶和華曰、今我待此遺民、不同曩昔、必穫平安之穡、葡萄結實、地出其產、天降其露、我必使斯遺民、得此諸物、

穫者得值、積實至永生、俾播者穫者同樂也、諺云、彼播此穫、於斯誠然、我遣爾穫爾所未勞者、他人勞之、而爾繼其勞焉、○

耶和華曰、我以暴風毒黴大雹、擊爾於爾手之工作、而爾猶不歸我、請爾追思、此日以前、即自九月二十四日、立耶和華殿基時、爾其念之、倉廩尚有穀種乎、葡萄、無花果、石榴、橄欖諸樹、俱未結實、自今以後、我必錫嘏於爾、○

亞波羅誰耶、保羅誰耶、無非執事、爾因之而信者、各隨主之所賜耳、我樹之、亞波羅灌之、惟上帝長之、是以樹者灌者無足數、惟長之之上帝而已、

爾手可為者、當盡力為之、緣爾將至之陰府、無工作、無籌畫、無知識、無智慧、○

又曰、上帝國猶人播種於地、夜寐夙興、種發且長、彼不知其所以然、夫地自生物、始而苗、繼而穗、後則成穀、既熟、則用鐮、以穫時至矣、○

宜宣道、無論得時與否、必專務之、以恆忍訓誨、而質證、斥責、勸勉、

中有居比路古利奈數人至安提阿、亦語希利尼人、宣主耶穌焉、主之手偕之、信而歸主者甚眾、

凡此諸事、我決志詳察之、則知義者與智者、及其作為、咸在上帝之手、或蒙愛、或見惡、人不之知、悉在其前、
