And the people murmured against Moses, saying, What shall we drink?

百姓就向摩西发怨言，说：“我们喝什么呢？”

百姓就向摩西發怨言，說：「我們喝甚麼呢？」

百姓就向摩西發怨言，說：「我們喝甚麼呢？」

百姓就埋怨摩西說：「我們喝什麼呢？」

人民就向摩西發怨言，說：“我們喝甚麼呢？”

人民就向摩西發怨言說：『我們喝甚麼？』

民怨摩西曰、我將何飲、

民怨摩西、曰、我將何飲。

民怨摩西曰、我儕將何飲、

So the people grumbled against Moses, saying,“ What are we to drink?”

The people told Moses they weren’t happy with him. They said,“ What are we supposed to drink?”

And the people grumbled against Moses, saying,“ What shall we drink?”

Then the people complained and turned against Moses.“ What are we going to drink?” they demanded.

The people grumbled to Moses,“ What are we going to drink?”

So the people grumbled at Moses, saying,“ What are we to drink?”

And the people complained against Moses, saying,“ What shall we drink?”

The people grumbled to Moses,“ What are we going to drink?”

And the people murmured against Moses, saying, What shall we drink?

So the people murmured against Moses, saying,“ What can we drink?”

The people murmured against Moses, saying,“ What shall we drink?”

And the whole congregation of the children of Israel murmured against Moses and against Aaron in the wilderness:

And they said unto Moses, Because there were no graves in Egypt, hast thou taken us away to die in the wilderness? wherefore hast thou dealt thus with us, to bring us forth out of Egypt?

Therefore I say unto you, Be not anxious for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than the food, and the body than the raiment?

And Moses said, This shall be, when Jehovah shall give you in the evening flesh to eat, and in the morning bread to the full; for that Jehovah heareth your murmurings which ye murmur against him: and what are we? your murmurings are not against us, but against Jehovah.And Moses said unto Aaron, Say unto all the congregation of the children of Israel, Come near before Jehovah; for he hath heard your murmurings.

And Jehovah said unto Moses, Put back the rod of Aaron before the testimony, to be kept for a token against the children of rebellion; that thou mayest make an end of their murmurings against me, that they die not.

And the people were as murmurers, speaking evil in the ears of Jehovah: and when Jehovah heard it, his anger was kindled; and the fire of Jehovah burnt among them, and devoured in the uttermost part of the camp.And the people cried unto Moses; and Moses prayed unto Jehovah, and the fire abated.And the name of that place was called Taberah, because the fire of Jehovah burnt among them.And the mixed multitude that was among them lusted exceedingly: and the children of Israel also wept again, and said, Who shall give us flesh to eat?We remember the fish, which we did eat in Egypt for nought; the cucumbers, and the melons, and the leeks, and the onions, and the garlic:but now our soul is dried away; there is nothing at all save this manna to look upon.

But on the morrow all the congregation of the children of Israel murmured against Moses and against Aaron, saying, Ye have killed the people of Jehovah.

Neither murmur ye, as some of them murmured, and perished by the destroyer.

Yea, they spake against God; They said, Can God prepare a table in the wilderness?Behold, he smote the rock, so that waters gushed out, And streams overflowed; Can he give bread also? Will he provide flesh for his people?

Do all things without murmurings and questionings:

And the people spake against God, and against Moses, Wherefore have ye brought us up out of Egypt to die in the wilderness? for there is no bread, and there is no water; and our soul loatheth this light bread.

Therefore thou and all thy company are gathered together against Jehovah: and Aaron, what is he that ye murmur against him?

And there was no water for the congregation: and they assembled themselves together against Moses and against Aaron.And the people strove with Moses, and spake, saying, Would that we had died when our brethren died before Jehovah!And why have ye brought the assembly of Jehovah into this wilderness, that we should die there, we and our beasts?And wherefore have ye made us to come up out of Egypt, to bring us in unto this evil place? it is no place of seed, or of figs, or of vines, or of pomegranates; neither is there any water to drink.

And all the congregation lifted up their voice, and cried; and the people wept that night.And all the children of Israel murmured against Moses and against Aaron: and the whole congregation said unto them, Would that we had died in the land of Egypt! or would that we had died in this wilderness!And wherefore doth Jehovah bring us unto this land, to fall by the sword? Our wives and our little ones will be a prey: were it not better for us to return into Egypt?And they said one to another, Let us make a captain, and let us return into Egypt.

These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their lusts( and their mouth speaketh great swelling words), showing respect of persons for the sake of advantage.

And the people thirsted there for water; and the people murmured against Moses, and said, Wherefore hast thou brought us up out of Egypt, to kill us and our children and our cattle with thirst?And Moses cried unto Jehovah, saying, What shall I do unto this people? They are almost ready to stone me.
