Now if you obey me fully and keep my covenant, then out of all nations you will be my treasured possession. Although the whole earth is mine,

Now obey me completely. Keep my covenant. If you do, then out of all the nations you will be my special treasure. The whole earth is mine.

Now therefore, if you will indeed obey my voice and keep my covenant, you shall be my treasured possession among all peoples, for all the earth is mine;

But as for you, the Lord took you and brought you out of the iron-smelting furnace, out of Egypt, to be the people of his inheritance, as you now are. (niv)

The Lord our God made a covenant with us at Horeb. (niv)

But from everlasting to everlasting the Lord’s love is with those who fear him, and his righteousness with their children’s children—with those who keep his covenant and remember to obey his precepts. (niv)

the terms I commanded your ancestors when I brought them out of Egypt, out of the iron-smelting furnace.’ I said,‘ Obey me and do everything I command you, and you will be my people, and I will be your God.Then I will fulfill the oath I swore to your ancestors, to give them a land flowing with milk and honey’— the land you possess today.” I answered,“ Amen, Lord.”The Lord said to me,“ Proclaim all these words in the towns of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem:‘ Listen to the terms of this covenant and follow them.From the time I brought your ancestors up from Egypt until today, I warned them again and again, saying,“ Obey me.” (niv)

When the Most High gave the nations their inheritance, when he divided all mankind, he set up boundaries for the peoples according to the number of the sons of Israel.For the Lord’s portion is his people, Jacob his allotted inheritance. (niv)

But Samuel replied:“ Does the Lord delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices as much as in obeying the Lord? To obey is better than sacrifice, and to heed is better than the fat of rams. (niv)

For you singled them out from all the nations of the world to be your own inheritance, just as you declared through your servant Moses when you, Sovereign Lord, brought our ancestors out of Egypt.” (niv)

Do not eat anything you find already dead. You may give it to the foreigner residing in any of your towns, and they may eat it, or you may sell it to any other foreigner. But you are a people holy to the Lord your God. Do not cook a young goat in its mother’s milk. (niv)

If you are willing and obedient, you will eat the good things of the land; (niv)

He who is the Portion of Jacob is not like these, for he is the Maker of all things, including Israel, the people of his inheritance— the Lord Almighty is his name. (niv)

the blessing if you obey the commands of the Lord your God that I am giving you today; (niv)

Then he took the Book of the Covenant and read it to the people. They responded,“ We will do everything the Lord has said; we will obey.” (niv)

But my own vineyard is mine to give; the thousand shekels are for you, Solomon, and two hundred are for those who tend its fruit. (niv)

but I gave them this command: Obey me, and I will be your God and you will be my people. Walk in obedience to all I command you, that it may go well with you. (niv)

But if someone says to you,“ This has been offered in sacrifice,” then do not eat it, both for the sake of the one who told you and for the sake of conscience. (niv)
