“ These are the laws you are to set before them:

And the Lord directed me at that time to teach you the decrees and laws you are to follow in the land that you are crossing the Jordan to possess. (niv)

In the future, when your son asks you,“ What is the meaning of the stipulations, decrees and laws the Lord our God has commanded you?” (niv)
