“如果有人用棍打他的奴仆或婢女，以致死在他的手下，他必须受刑罚；

“人若用棍子打奴仆或婢女，立时死在他的手下，他必要受刑。

“人若用棍子打奴仆或婢女，当场死在他的手下，他必受报应。

以杖擊僕婢、而斃杖下者、必受刑、

如擊僕婢、立斃杖下者、必受刑。

人若以杖擊奴婢、死於手下、必受刑、

“ Anyone who beats their male or female slave with a rod must be punished if the slave dies as a direct result,

“ Suppose a person beats their male or female slave to death with a club. That person must be punished.

“ When a man strikes his slave, male or female, with a rod and the slave dies under his hand, he shall be avenged.

“ If a man beats his male or female slave with a club and the slave dies as a result, the owner must be punished.

“ When a man strikes his male or female slave with a rod, and the slave dies under his abuse, the owner must be punished.

“ And if someone strikes his male or female slave with a rod and the slave dies at his hand, he shall be punished.

“ And if a man beats his male or female servant with a rod, so that he dies under his hand, he shall surely be punished.

And if a man smite his servant, or his maid, with a rod, and he die under his hand; he shall surely be punished.

“ When a man strikes his male or female slave with a rod, and the slave dies under his abuse, the owner must be punished.

And if a man smite his servant, or his maid, with a rod, and he die under his hand; he shall be surely punished.

“ If a man strikes his male servant or his female servant with a staff so that he or she dies as a result of the blow, he will surely be punished.

“ If a man strikes his servant or his maid with a rod, and he dies under his hand, the man shall surely be punished.

你的眼睛不可顾惜，要以命偿命，以眼还眼，以牙还牙，以手还手，以脚还脚。”

人若杀该隐，要遭报七倍；人若杀拉麦，必遭报七十七倍！”

因为他是神的仆役，是对你有益的。但如果你作恶，就应当惧怕；因为他佩剑，不是没有作用的。他是神的仆役，是向作恶的人施行刑罚的。

“如果有人击打他奴仆的一只眼，或婢女的一只眼，把眼打坏了，就要因他的眼的缘故让他自由离去。如果有人打落了他奴仆的一颗牙，或婢女的一颗牙，就要因他的牙的缘故让他自由离去。

他们说：“为什么我们禁食，你不看呢？为什么我们刻苦己身，你不理会呢？”看哪！你们在禁食的日子，仍然追求自己喜欢作的事，欺压为你们作工的人。看哪！你们禁食，结果是吵闹和打架，用凶恶的拳头打人；你们不要像今天这样的禁食，使你们的声音可以听闻于天上。

耶和华对该隐说：“绝不会这样，杀该隐的，必遭报七倍。”耶和华就给该隐立了一个记号，免得遇见他的人击杀他。

流人血的，人也必流他的血；因为神造人，是按着他自己的形象。

只用言语，不能使奴仆受管教；他虽然明白，却没有反应。

报血仇的，要亲自把那故意杀人的杀死；一遇见他，就可以杀死他。

杀人的，要凭着几个见证人的口供，才可以把他处死；如果只有一个见证人，就不能指证把人处死。犯了死罪，故意杀人的，你们不可收取赎价代他赎命，因为他必被处死。逃到避难城的人，你们也不可收取他的赎价，使他在大祭司未死以前回到本地居住。这样，你们就没有玷污你们所在之地，因为血能玷污地；在地上如果有流人血的，除非流那故意杀人者的血，那地的血就不能得赎。
