because that cloak is the only covering your neighbor has. What else can they sleep in? When they cry out to me, I will hear, for I am compassionate.

稱謝那擊殺埃及凡是頭生的，因他的慈愛永遠長存。他以大能的手和伸出來的膀臂，因他的慈愛永遠長存。領以色列人從埃及人中出來，因他的慈愛永遠長存。

貧窮人呼求，他要搭救，無人幫助的困苦人，他也搭救。

主啊，你是有憐憫，有恩惠的神，不輕易發怒，並有豐盛的慈愛和信實。

若你確實苛待他，他向我苦苦哀求，我一定會聽他的呼求，

這困苦人呼求，耶和華就垂聽，救他脫離一切的患難。

過了許多年，埃及王死了。以色列人因做苦工，就嘆息哀求；他們因苦工所發出的哀聲達於神。神聽見他們的哀聲，就記念他與亞伯拉罕、以撒、雅各所立的約。

這都要在埃及地為萬軍之耶和華作記號和證據。埃及人因受欺壓哀求耶和華，他就差遣一位救主作護衛者，拯救他們，
