摩西對長老們說：「你們在這裏等我們，直到我們再回到你們這裏。看哪，亞倫和戶珥與你們同在。誰有訴訟，可以去找他們。」

摩西对长老说：“你们在这里等着，等到我们再回来，有亚伦、户珥与你们同在。凡有争讼的，都可以就近他们去。”

摩西对长老们说：“你们在这里等我们，直到我们再回到你们这里。看哪，亚伦和户珥与你们同在。谁有诉讼，可以去找他们。”

离开之前，摩西吩咐长老说：“你们在这里等候我们回来。亚伦和户珥跟你们在一起，百姓当中有什么诉讼的事情，可以交给他们处理。”

但摩西对长老说：“你们要在这里等候我们，直到我们再回到你们那里来。看哪！这里有亚伦和户珥与你们在一起，谁有诉讼的案件，都可以到他们那里去。”

摩西對長老說：「你們在這裏等着，等到我們再回來，有亞倫、戶珥與你們同在。凡有爭訟的，都可以就近他們去。」

摩西對長老們說：「你們在這裏等我們，直到我們再回到你們這裏。看哪，亞倫和戶珥與你們同在。誰有訴訟，可以去找他們。」

摩西對長老說：『你們停留在這裏等着我們，直到我們再回到你們這裏來。看哪，這兒有亞倫跟戶珥同你們在一起；誰有案件，都可以找他們去。』

先告諸長老曰、爾曹處此、以待我反、爾有亞倫戶珥同在、有訟者可詣之、

未登之先、告諸長老曰、爾曹處此、待我反、爾有亞倫戶耳在、人有訟事、可往諮諏。

未登之先、謂長老曰、爾曹在此、待我儕返、有亞倫戶珥偕爾、人有訟事、可至其前、

He said to the elders,“ Wait here for us until we come back to you. Aaron and Hur are with you, and anyone involved in a dispute can go to them.”

He said to the elders,“ Wait for us here until we come back to you. Aaron and Hur are with you. Anyone who has a problem can go to them.”

And he said to the elders,“ Wait here for us until we return to you. And behold, Aaron and Hur are with you. Whoever has a dispute, let him go to them.”

Moses told the elders,“ Stay here and wait for us until we come back. Aaron and Hur are here with you. If anyone has a dispute while I am gone, consult with them.”

He told the elders,“ Wait here for us until we return to you. Aaron and Hur are here with you. Whoever has a dispute should go to them.”

But to the elders he said,“ Wait here for us until we return to you. And behold, Aaron and Hur are with you; whoever has a legal matter, have him approach them.”

And he said to the elders,“ Wait here for us until we come back to you. Indeed, Aaron and Hur are with you. If any man has a difficulty, let him go to them.”

And he said unto the elders, Tarry ye here for us, until we come again unto you: and, behold, Aaron and Hur are with you: whosoever hath a cause, let him come near unto them.

He told the elders,“ Wait here for us until we return to you. Aaron and Hur are here with you. Whoever has a dispute should go to them.”

And he said unto the elders, Tarry ye here for us, until we come again unto you: and, behold, Aaron and Hur[ are] with you: if any man have any matters to do, let him come unto them.

He told the elders,“ Wait for us in this place until we return to you. Here are Aaron and Hur with you. Whoever has any matters of dispute can approach them.”

He said to the elders,“ Wait here for us, until we come again to you. Behold, Aaron and Hur are with you. Whoever is involved in a dispute can go to them.”

於是，約書亞照着摩西對他所說的話去做，和亞瑪力爭戰。摩西、亞倫和戶珥都上了山頂。

但摩西的雙手沉重，他們就搬一塊石頭來放在他下面，他就坐在上面。亞倫與戶珥扶着他的手，一個在這邊，一個在那邊，他的手就穩住，直到日落。

亞伯拉罕對他的僕人說：「你們和驢留在這裏，我和孩子要去那裏敬拜，然後回到你們這裏來。」

百姓見摩西遲遲不下山，就聚集到亞倫那裏，對他說：「起來！為我們造神明，在我們前面引路，因為領我們出埃及地的那個摩西，我們不知道他遭遇了甚麼事。」

掃羅照着撒母耳所定的日期等了七日。但是，撒母耳還沒有來到吉甲，百姓就離開掃羅散去了。於是掃羅說：「把燔祭和平安祭帶到我這裏來。」掃羅就獻上燔祭。他剛獻完燔祭，看哪，撒母耳就到了。掃羅出去迎接他，向他問安。撒母耳說：「你做了甚麼事啊？」掃羅說：「因為我見百姓離開我散去，你又不照所定的日期來到，而且非利士人已在密抹集合；我說：『現在非利士人已經下到吉甲來攻擊我，可是我還沒有向耶和華禱告。』所以我就勉強獻上燔祭。」撒母耳對掃羅說：「你做了糊塗事了，沒有遵守耶和華－你神吩咐你的命令。不然，耶和華會在以色列中堅立你的國度，直到永遠。

你要在我以先下到吉甲。看哪，我必下到你那裏獻燔祭和平安祭。你要等候七日，等我到你那裏指示你當做的事。」

摩西從以色列人中選出有才能的人，立他們為百姓的領袖，作千夫長、百夫長、五十夫長、十夫長。他們隨時審判百姓：難斷的事就送到摩西那裏，各樣小事就由他們自行判決。
