「我們的祖宗在曠野，有作證的會幕，是上帝吩咐摩西照着他所看見的樣式做的。

他們所供奉的本是天上之事的樣式和影像，正如摩西將要造帳幕的時候，上帝警戒他，說：「要謹慎，一切都要照着在山上指示你的樣式去做。」

燈臺是這樣造的：燈臺是用金子錘出來的，連座帶花都是錘出來的。摩西照着耶和華所指示的樣式造了燈臺。

大衛指示他兒子所羅門有關殿的走廊、屋子、庫房、樓房、內殿和櫃蓋之處的樣式，

大衛說：「這一切，所有工作的樣式，是耶和華用手寫的文件使我明白的。」

他們若因自己所做的一切感到羞愧，你就要將殿的規模、樣式、出口、入口，以及有關整體規模的條例、禮儀、律法指示他們，在他們眼前寫下，使他們遵照殿整體的規模和條例去做。這是殿的律法：山頂上四周圍的全地界都稱為至聖；看哪，這就是殿的律法。」

這一切工作都是以色列人照耶和華所吩咐摩西做的。摩西看見這一切的工，看哪，耶和華怎樣吩咐，他們就照樣做了，摩西就為他們祝福。
