宣告以色列族、取橄欖擣油、惟潔是務、使燈常燃。

“你要吩咐以色列人，把那为点灯捣成的清橄榄油拿来给你，使灯常常点着。

爾當諭以色列人、以油果搗成最清潔可燃燈之油、取以予爾、使燈常燃、

“ Command the Israelites to bring you clear oil of pressed olives for the light so that the lamps may be kept burning.

“ You shall command the people of Israel that they bring to you pure beaten olive oil for the light, that a lamp may regularly be set up to burn.

兼金之燈臺、與其盞、器與油悉備、

曰、我果可以製油、供於上帝、利及人民、豈能棄此、以轄樹乎。

爾為我肆筵設席、沐我以膏兮、予之罍盈兮、使敵之目睹兮、

用圓輪法作燈臺、其柱、其枝、其盞、其節、其花、悉以兼金。燈臺出枝凡六、兩旁各三。枝各有盞、狀似杏仁、有節有花、六枝俱同。柱亦有盞凡四、形似杏仁、有節有花。所出之六枝、凡二枝下各有一節。其節其枝、皆用圓輪法、以兼金為之。臺有燈七、燃之相向、光輝發越。

我問天使曰、燈臺左右有橄欖樹、其意何居、又問云、橄欖二枝出清油、入二金管、又何意與、曰、爾不知此乎、曰、主我不知、曰、此乃沐膏者二人、侍於天下之主側。

耶和華諭摩西曰、告以色列族云、當取橄欖擣油、惟潔是務、使燈常燃、會幕中、法匱前簾外、亞倫必燃明燈於我前、自夕達旦、著為永例、歷代勿替、必置盞於金燈臺上、恆奉事我、

所謂二橄欖、二燈臺置於天下上帝前者此也、
