The son who succeeds him as priest and comes to the tent of meeting to minister in the Holy Place is to wear them seven days.

The son who comes after Aaron as priest must wear them seven days. He will come and serve in the Holy Room in the tent of meeting.

The son who succeeds him as priest, who comes into the tent of meeting to minister in the Holy Place, shall wear them seven days.

The descendant who succeeds him as high priest will wear these clothes for seven days as he ministers in the Tabernacle and the Holy Place.

Any priest who is one of his sons and who succeeds him and enters the tent of meeting to minister in the sanctuary must wear them for seven days.

你們要吃無酵餅七日。第一日要把酵從你們各家中除去，因為從第一日到第七日，任何吃有酵之物的，必從以色列中剪除。

於是，亞倫靠近壇前，宰了那頭為自己贖罪的牛犢。

這樣一位聖潔、無邪惡、無玷污、遠離罪人、高過諸天的大祭司，對我們是最合適的；

挪亞又另外等了七天，再把鴿子從方舟放出去。

到了第八天，摩西召亞倫和他兒子，以及以色列的眾長老來，

「你要這樣照我一切所吩咐的，向亞倫和他兒子行授聖職禮七天。

這七天，你們不可走出會幕的門口，直等到你們聖職禮的日子滿了，因為授予你們聖職需要七天。今天所做的，都是耶和華吩咐要做的，好為你們贖罪。這七天，你們要晝夜留在會幕門內，遵守耶和華所吩咐的，免得你們死亡，因為所吩咐我的就是這樣。」

他又另外等了七天，再放出鴿子，這次鴿子不再回到他那裏了。

第七天，祭司要檢查他，看哪，若災病在祭司眼前止住了，沒有在皮膚上擴散，要將他再隔離七天。

第二日，他們再把城圍繞一次，就回營裏去。六日都是這樣做。第七日清早黎明時，他們起來，以同樣的方式圍繞城七次；惟獨這一日他們圍繞城七次。
