These were the living creatures I had seen beneath the God of Israel by the Kebar River, and I realized that they were cherubim.

在活物的頭以上有穹蒼的樣式，看來像水晶那麼閃耀，展開在活物的頭以上。穹蒼以下活物的翅膀平直地伸展着，彼此相對，每個活物有兩個翅膀遮着身體；每個活物有兩個翅膀遮着身體。活物行走的時候，我聽見牠們翅膀的響聲、像許多水的響聲，像全能者的聲音，風暴的響聲，像軍兵的聲音；活物站住的時候，便將牠們的翅膀垂下來。活物站住的時候，便將牠們的翅膀垂下來。在牠們頭以上的穹蒼之上有寶座的形相，彷彿藍寶石的形狀；在寶座的形相以上、有人的形狀的樣式在上頭。我看見從彷彿他的腰和腰以上有好像金銀混合體那麼閃耀，像火的形狀，周圍有遮蔽物；又看見從彷彿他的腰和腰以下有好像火的形狀，周圍有光輝。下雨的日子雲中的虹的形狀怎麼樣，周圍光輝的形狀也怎麼樣：這就是永恆主之榮耀的形相。我一看見，就俯伏在地上，隨即聽見一位說話者的聲音。

在殿的裏間和外間所有四圍的牆上，他都雕刻着基路伯、棕樹、和初開之花的刻像。殿裏間和外間的地板、他都貼上金子。他又用橄欖木作內殿出入處的門扇、挨牆柱、門柱，是五邊形的。關於這兩個橄欖木作的門扇、他是在上頭雕刻着基路伯、棕樹、和初開之花的刻像的；他都包上金子；都在基路伯和棕樹的浮雕上安下金子。這樣、他也用橄欖木為殿堂作門柱，是四邊形的。那用松木作的兩個門：其一個門的兩扇是摺疊的；那另一個門的兩扇也是摺疊的。上面雕刻着基路伯、棕樹，和初開之花，都包上金子，很妥貼地安在那雕刻物之上。
