The inhabited towns will be laid waste and the land will be desolate. Then you will know that I am the Lord.’”

昔有葡萄園、栽樹千株、值金五百、茲其處荊棘叢生、人欲適彼、非執弓矢、不可、

殘賊列邦者、猶獅出林而至、彼出其所、必使爾地荒蕪、城邑傾圮、無人居處。

邑門寂寞、民坐塗炭而哭泣、

我必使我僕巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒、率北方之眾、攻斯土之民、及四周鄰國、滅之殆盡、使見之者駭愕、皆作怨聲。

斯地必為邱墟、刧掠殆盡、耶和華已言之矣。

城中荒蕪、邑門被毀、

以色列民蹈愆尤、故其地必荒蕪、我耶和華已言之矣。

我上帝之聖所荒蕪、求爾垂顧、以彰主榮、應僕所祈、

郇山荒蕪、狐狸游兮。

主耶和華曰、若林木中、有葡萄樹、投之於火、別無所用、我視耶路撒冷居民亦若是。

耶利米曰、我觀地虛曠、天無光、山巒變動、四境無人、飛禽已去、良田荒蕪、城邑傾圮、蓋耶和華涖臨、其怒殊烈。耶和華曰、雖遍地荒蕪、我怒猶不息。因是地必愁慘、天必幽暗、蓋我言之、我志不回。乘馬執弓者、喧譁不靖、舉邑遁逃、入彼叢林、登彼險阻。眾邑荒蕪、無人居處。

惟彼劣果、不堪適口、可比猶大王西底家、以及牧伯、耶路撒冷居民、斯土之遺眾、暨旅於埃及者。我必驅逐、散於列邦、遭人陷害凌辱、受人詛咒譏刺。我必於昔所賜爾祖及爾之地、戮以鋒刃、降以饑饉、斃以疾疫、滅之殆盡。

殘賊眾多、毀我園囿、蹂躪我業、使我良田、變為曠野。邦國荒蕪、號呼於我前、國雖荒蕪、人猶不以為意。曠野童山、寇賊已至、遍於四境、民罹鋒刃、被吞噬、不享綏安、我使之然。

告眾曰、萬有之主耶和華曰、我必毀此邑民、猶毀陶器、不能復完、死者既眾、無地可埋、咸葬於陀法、

聖邑荒涼、郇城蕪沒、耶路撒冷傾圮。昔有聖室、輝煌矞麗、我祖頌美之處、茲經焚燬、我所艷羨之區、今變荒蕪。

萬有之主以色列族之上帝耶和華曰、斯時也、四境之內、必無懽忭之聲、不聞新娶者、與新娶之音、我使之然、爾躬逢其事。
