The right things a godly person does will be added to their account. The wrong things a sinful person does will be charged against them.

Say ye to the righteous, that[ it shall be] well[ with him]: for they shall eat the fruit of their doings.Woe unto the wicked![ it shall be] ill[ with him]: for the reward of his hands shall be given him.

For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels; and then he shall reward every man according to his works.

Therefore, O thou son of man, speak unto the house of Israel; Thus ye speak, saying, If our transgressions and our sins[ be] upon us, and we pine away in them, how should we then live?

He shall see of the travail of his soul,[ and] shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities.

Then hear thou from heaven, and do, and judge thy servants, by requiting the wicked, by recompensing his way upon his own head; and by justifying the righteous, by giving him according to his righteousness.

And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward[ is] with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.Blessed[ are] they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.For without[ are] dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.

And if a soul sin, and hear the voice of swearing, and[ is] a witness, whether he hath seen or known[ of it]; if he do not utter[ it], then he shall bear his iniquity.

And if a soul sin, and commit any of these things which are forbidden to be done by the commandments of the LORD; though he wist[ it] not, yet is he guilty, and shall bear his iniquity.

So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.

Hath given forth upon usury, and hath taken increase: shall he then live? he shall not live: he hath done all these abominations; he shall surely die; his blood shall be upon him.

Therefore I will judge you, O house of Israel, every one according to his ways, saith the Lord GOD. Repent, and turn[ yourselves] from all your transgressions; so iniquity shall not be your ruin.

And all Israel shall mourn for him, and bury him: for he only of Jeroboam shall come to the grave, because in him there is found[ some] good thing toward the LORD God of Israel in the house of Jeroboam.

Lie thou also upon thy left side, and lay the iniquity of the house of Israel upon it:[ according] to the number of the days that thou shalt lie upon it thou shalt bear their iniquity.

Wherefore have ye not eaten the sin offering in the holy place, seeing it[ is] most holy, and[ God] hath given it you to bear the iniquity of the congregation, to make atonement for them before the LORD?

And the goat shall bear upon him all their iniquities unto a land not inhabited: and he shall let go the goat in the wilderness.
