惟爾人子、雖居荊棘蒺藜與蠍之中、勿畏之、亦勿畏其言、彼雖悖逆之家、勿畏其言、勿懼其貌、

惟爾人子、毋庸畏葸、彼悖逆殘賊、爾居其中、若與蠍同處、勿懼其言、毋畏其威。

And you, son of man, do not be afraid of them or their words. Do not be afraid, though briers and thorns are all around you and you live among scorpions. Do not be afraid of what they say or be terrified by them, though they are a rebellious people.

“ But you, son of man, do not be afraid of them and do not be afraid of their words, even though briers and thorns are beside you and you live among scorpions. Don’t be afraid of their words or discouraged by the look on their faces, for they are a rebellious house.

And as for you, son of man, you are not to fear them nor fear their words, though thistles and thorns are with you and you sit on scorpions; you are not to fear their words nor be dismayed at their presence, since they are a rebellious house.

“ And you, son of man, do not be afraid of them nor be afraid of their words, though briers and thorns are with you and you dwell among scorpions; do not be afraid of their words or dismayed by their looks, though they are a rebellious house.

And thou, son of man, be not afraid of them, neither be afraid of their words, though briers and thorns are with thee, and thou dost dwell among scorpions: be not afraid of their words, nor be dismayed at their looks, though they are a rebellious house.

你不要惧怕他们，因为我与你同在，要拯救你。这是耶和华说的。”

他们最好的，不过是蒺藜；最正直的，不过是荆棘篱笆。你守望者说，降罚的日子已经来到。他们必扰乱不安。

所以你当束腰，起来将我所吩咐你的一切话告诉他们；不要因他们惊惶，免得我使你在他们面前惊惶。

我已经给你们权柄可以践踏蛇和蝎子，又胜过仇敌一切的能力，断没有什么能害你们。

“惟有我，是安慰你们的。你是谁？竟怕那必死的人，怕那要变如草的世人，

他因着信，就离开埃及，不怕王怒；因为他恒心忍耐，如同看见那不能看见的主。

你们就是为义受苦，也是有福的。不要怕人的威吓，也不要惊慌；

因为神赐给我们，不是胆怯的心，乃是刚强、仁爱、谨守的心。

有一宗人，眼目何其高傲，眼皮也是高举。有一宗人，牙如剑，齿如刀，要吞灭地上的困苦人和世间的穷乏人。

“我的朋友，我对你们说，那杀身体以后不能再做什么的，不要怕他们。

也为我祈求，使我得着口才，能以放胆开口讲明福音的奥秘，

看哪，我使你的脸硬过他们的脸，使你的额硬过他们的额。我使你的额像金钢钻，比火石更硬。他们虽是悖逆之家，你不要怕他们，也不要因他们的脸色惊惶。”

耶和华的使者对以利亚说：“你同着他下去，不要怕他！”以利亚就起来，同着他下去见王，

邪恶像火焚烧，烧灭荆棘和蒺藜，在稠密的树林中着起来，就成为烟柱，旋转上腾。

那杀身体、不能杀灵魂的，不要怕他们；惟有能把身体和灵魂都灭在地狱里的，正要怕他。

我必使你的舌头贴住上膛，以致你哑口，不能作责备他们的人；他们原是悖逆之家。但我对你说话的时候，必使你开口，你就要对他们说：‘主耶和华如此说。’听的可以听，不听的任他不听，因为他们是悖逆之家。”

凡事不怕敌人的惊吓，这是证明他们沉沦，你们得救都是出于神。

伯特利的祭司亚玛谢打发人到以色列王耶罗波安那里，说：“阿摩司在以色列家中图谋背叛你；他所说的一切话，这国担当不起；因为阿摩司如此说：‘耶罗波安必被刀杀；以色列民定被掳去离开本地。’”亚玛谢又对阿摩司说：“你这先见哪，要逃往犹大地去，在那里糊口，在那里说预言，却不要在伯特利再说预言；因为这里有王的圣所，有王的宫殿。”阿摩司对亚玛谢说：“我原不是先知，也不是先知的门徒。我是牧人，又是修理桑树的。耶和华选召我，使我不跟从羊群，对我说：‘你去向我民以色列说预言。’亚玛谢啊，现在你要听耶和华的话。你说：‘不要向以色列说预言，也不要向以撒家滴下预言。’所以耶和华如此说：‘你的妻子必在城中作妓女；你的儿女必倒在刀下。你的地必有人用绳子量了分取；你自己必死在污秽之地。以色列民定被掳去离开本地。’”

他们见彼得、约翰的胆量，又看出他们原是没有学问的小民，就希奇，认明他们是跟过耶稣的；

他们恐吓我们，现在求主鉴察，一面叫你仆人大放胆量讲你的道，一面伸出你的手来医治疾病，并且使神迹奇事因着你圣仆耶稣的名行出来。”

至于我，我藉耶和华的灵，满有力量、公平、才能，可以向雅各说明他的过犯，向以色列指出他的罪恶。

“四围恨恶以色列家的人，必不再向他们作刺人的荆棘，伤人的蒺藜，人就知道我是主耶和华。”

他们就说：“来吧！我们可以设计谋害耶利米；因为我们有祭司讲律法，智慧人设谋略，先知说预言，都不能断绝。来吧！我们可以用舌头击打他，不要理会他的一切话。”

但匪类都必像荆棘被丢弃；人不敢用手拿它；拿它的人必带铁器和枪杆，终久它必被火焚烧。”

彼得、约翰说：“听从你们，不听从神，这在神面前合理不合理，你们自己酌量吧！

有蝗虫从烟中出来，飞到地上；有能力赐给它们，好像地上蝎子的能力一样，并且吩咐它们说，不可伤害地上的草和各样青物，并一切树木，惟独要伤害额上没有神印记的人。但不许蝗虫害死他们，只叫他们受痛苦五个月。这痛苦就像蝎子螫人的痛苦一样。在那些日子，人要求死，决不得死；愿意死，死却远避他们。

“知道公义、将我训诲存在心中的民，要听我言！不要怕人的辱骂，也不要因人的毁谤惊惶。

他们都是极悖逆的，往来谗谤人。他们是铜是铁，都行坏事。
