“ Son of man, turn your attention to Jerusalem. Preach against the temple. Prophesy against the land of Israel.

“ Son of man, set your face toward Jerusalem and preach against the sanctuaries. Prophesy against the land of Israel

Turn your face toward the siege of Jerusalem and with bared arm prophesy against her.

Then take an iron pan, place it as an iron wall between you and the city and turn your face toward it. It will be under siege, and you shall besiege it. This will be a sign to the people of Israel.

They produced false witnesses, who testified,“ This fellow never stops speaking against this holy place and against the law.For we have heard him say that this Jesus of Nazareth will destroy this place and change the customs Moses handed down to us.”

“ Son of man, set your face against Pharaoh king of Egypt and prophesy against him and against all Egypt.

“ Do not prophesy,” their prophets say.“ Do not prophesy about these things; disgrace will not overtake us.”

“ Son of man, set your face against the mountains of Israel; prophesy against them

“ Son of man, set your face against Gog, of the land of Magog, the chief prince of Meshek and Tubal; prophesy against him

If a liar and deceiver comes and says,‘ I will prophesy for you plenty of wine and beer,’ that would be just the prophet for this people!

Let my teaching fall like rain and my words descend like dew, like showers on new grass, like abundant rain on tender plants.
