我必藉着我子民以色列的手报复以东；以色列人必照着我的怒气，按着我的烈怒对待以东，以东人就知道这是我的报复。这是主耶和华的宣告。”

假我民以色列之手、依我烈怒大忿、行報復於以東、使知我之報復、主耶和華言之矣、○

我震怒以東、必使我民以色列族、侵伐其土地、以雪我忿、使知我實降是災、我耶和華已言之矣。

我必藉我民以色列之手、復報以東人、彼必循我之盛忿烈怒、行刑在以東、使以東人知我如何加報、此乃主天主所言、○

I will take vengeance on Edom by the hand of my people Israel, and they will deal with Edom in accordance with my anger and my wrath; they will know my vengeance, declares the Sovereign Lord.’”

I will use my people Israel to pay Edom back. They will punish Edom because my anger against it is great. They will know how I pay back my enemies,” announces the Lord and King.

And I will lay my vengeance upon Edom by the hand of my people Israel, and they shall do in Edom according to my anger and according to my wrath, and they shall know my vengeance, declares the Lord God.

I will accomplish this by the hand of my people of Israel. They will carry out my vengeance with anger, and Edom will know that this vengeance is from me. I, the Sovereign Lord, have spoken!

I will take my vengeance on Edom through my people Israel, and they will deal with Edom according to my anger and wrath. So they will know my vengeance. This is the declaration of the Lord GOD.

And I will inflict My vengeance on Edom by the hand of My people Israel. Therefore, they will act in Edom in accordance with My anger and My wrath; so they will know My vengeance,” declares the Lord God.

愿万民服事你，愿万族向你下拜，愿你作你兄弟的主人，愿你母亲的子孙向你下拜。咒诅你的，愿他受咒诅；给你祝福的，愿他蒙福。”

他们要向西飞，扑在非利士人的山麓上，一起掳掠东方人；他们必把手伸到以东和摩押之上，亚扪人必顺服他们。

耶和华是嫉恶和施行报复的神；耶和华施行报复，并且满怀烈怒；耶和华向他的对头施行报复，向他的仇敌怀怒。耶和华不轻易发怒，可是大有能力；他绝不以有罪的为无罪。耶和华乘着狂风暴雨而来，云彩是他脚下的尘土。他一斥责海，海就干了；他使一切江河枯干。巴珊和迦密的树林枯槁，黎巴嫩的花卉凋残。

因此，看哪！日子快到（这是耶和华的宣告），我必使战争的吶喊声响起，有敌人来攻击亚扪的拉巴；拉巴必成为一片废墟，属它的乡镇（“乡镇”原文作“女子”）必被火焚烧。那时以色列人必从侵略他们的人的手中收回土地。”这是耶和华说的。

等到他们失足的时候，我要伸冤报应；因为他们遭遇灾难的日子近了，那预备要临到他们身上的事，必快快临到。耶和华要为自己的子民伸冤，为自己的仆人难过，因为耶和华看见他们的能力已经消逝，为奴的或自由的都没有剩下一人。

他们向山岭和岩石说：“倒在我们身上吧！把我们藏起来，躲避坐在宝座上那位的面，和羊羔的震怒！因为他们震怒的大日子来到了，谁能站立得住呢？”

那从以东、从波斯拉而来，身穿赤红色的衣服，装扮华丽、能力强大、大步前行的，是谁呢？“就是我，是凭着公义说话，有大能拯救的。”你的服装为什么有红色的呢？你的衣服为什么像个踹压酒池的人的衣服一样呢？“我独自踹酒槽；万民之中没有一人与我同在；我在忿怒中把他们踹下，在烈怒中把他们践踏；他们的血溅在我的衣服上，我把我所有的衣裳都染污了。因为报仇的日子早已在我的心里，我救赎的年日早已经来到。我观看，但没有人帮助；我诧异，因没有人扶持；所以我用自己的膀臂为我施行了拯救，我的烈怒扶持了我，我在忿怒中践踏万民，在烈怒中使他们沉醉，又把他们的血倒在地上。”

所以我指着我的永生起誓：我必照着你因仇恨而向他们所发的忿怒和嫉妒对待你。我审判你的时候，必把自己显明在他们中间。这是主耶和华的宣告。

义人看见仇敌遭报就欢喜；他要在恶人的血中洗自己的脚。因此，人必说：“义人果然有善报；在世上确有一位施行审判的神。”

因为我们知道谁说过：“伸冤在我，我必报应。”又说：“主必定审判他自己的子民。”落在永活的神手里，真是可怕的。
