他們或者聽、或者不聽，你只管將我的話告訴他們；他們原是叛逆之家呀。

但我同你說話的時候，我必開你的口，你就要對他們說：「主永恆主這麼說」；要聽的可以聽；不要聽的、任他不聽；因為他們總是叛逆之家呀。

『人子啊，你要向你本國的子民講話，對他們說：我若使刀劍攻擊哪一地，而那一地的人民從他們範圍內選取了一個人，立為他們的守望者；

『你本國的子民還說：「主的行徑不公正」；其實是他們的行徑不公正呢。

他們或者聽或者不聽，（他們原是叛逆之家）總會知道在他們中間是有了神言人了。

人子啊，你要對你本國的子民說：義人犯法時，他的義也不能援救他；惡人回轉時，他的惡也不能使他因而跌倒；義人犯罪時，他也不能因他的義而活着。

『你呢、人子啊，你本國的子民在牆邊、在房屋門口攻訐你，族弟兄對族弟兄彼此說：「來，來聽聽有甚麼話語出於永恆主。」

所以在今天這日子、我確實地告訴你們，你們眾人若流血而滅亡，我乾淨無罪！因為上帝全部的計畫、我並沒有退縮而不傳告你們。

他們就應時在王面前說：『王啊，猶大被擄的人之中那但以理不尊重你，也不以你所簽蓋的禁令為介意，反而一日三次作他的祈禱呢。』

靈將我舉起，將我在異象中藉着上帝的靈、帶進迦勒底地、到流亡的人那裏；我所看見的異象就離開我上升去了。我便將永恆主所指示我的一切事都說給流亡的人聽。

『那時負責護衛你本國子民的大天使長米迦勒必站立起來。必有一個遭難時期，從有國以來直到那時、未曾有過的。但那時你本國的子民中、凡查到被記錄在冊上的、必蒙搭救。

永恆主吩咐摩西說：『你下去吧；因為你的眾民、你從埃及地領上來的、已經敗壞了。

你本國的子民若問你說：「你這有甚麼意思，你不告訴我們麼？」

永恆主對我說：「你起來，從這裏趕快下去；因為你的族人、你從埃及領出來的、已經敗壞了。他們很快地就偏離了我所吩咐他們走的道路，為自己造了一個鑄像。」

我就來到提勒亞畢流亡的人中間，就是那些住在迦巴魯河邊的，我在那裏呆着，在他們中間驚惶恐懼、有七天之久。
