“主耶和华如此说：我要毁灭偶像，从挪弗除掉神像；不再有君王出自埃及地，我要使埃及地的人惧怕。

主耶和华如此说：“我必毁灭偶像，从挪弗除灭神像；必不再有君王出自埃及地。我要使埃及地的人惧怕。

“主耶和华如此说：我要毁灭偶像，从挪弗除掉神像；不再有君王出自埃及地，我要使埃及地的人惧怕。

“主耶和华说，‘我要毁灭偶像，铲除挪弗的神像。埃及再没有君王，国内到处充满恐惧。

主耶和华这样说：“‘我必毁灭偶像，使虚无的神像从挪弗灭绝。必不再有君王从埃及地而出；我也必使惧怕临到埃及地。

主耶和華如此說：我必毀滅偶像，從挪弗除滅神像；必不再有君王出自埃及地。我要使埃及地的人懼怕。

「主耶和華如此說：我要毀滅偶像，從挪弗除掉神像；不再有君王出自埃及地，我要使埃及地的人懼怕。

「主耶和華說，『我要毀滅偶像，剷除挪弗的神像。埃及再沒有君王，國內到處充滿恐懼。

主耶和華這樣說：“‘我必毀滅偶像，使虛無的神像從挪弗滅絕。必不再有君王從埃及地而出；我也必使懼怕臨到埃及地。

『主永恆主這麼說：我必毁滅偶像，必從挪弗使佛相滅絕：必不再有人君出自埃及地；我必將懼怕放於埃及地境內。

主耶和華曰、我必毀其偶像、絕其神像於挪弗、埃及不復有君、其地震驚、我使之然、

主耶和華又曰、我必斫其偶像、使不存於挪弗、埃及無君、庶民恐懼、

主天主如是云、我必毀滅偶像、自挪弗剿除神像、使伊及不復有君、使伊及人民、無不恐懼、

“‘ This is what the Sovereign Lord says:“‘ I will destroy the idols and put an end to the images in Memphis. No longer will there be a prince in Egypt, and I will spread fear throughout the land.

The Lord and King says,“ I will destroy the statues of Egypt’s gods. I will put an end to the gods the people in Memphis worship. Egypt will not have princes anymore. I will spread fear all through the land.

“ Thus says the Lord God:“ I will destroy the idols and put an end to the images in Memphis; there shall no longer be a prince from the land of Egypt; so I will put fear in the land of Egypt.

“ This is what the Sovereign Lord says: I will smash the idols of Egypt and the images at Memphis. There will be no rulers left in Egypt; terror will sweep the land.

“‘ This is what the Lord GOD says: I will destroy the worthless idols and put an end to the false gods in Memphis. There will no longer be a prince from the land of Egypt. And I will instill fear in that land.

‘ This is what the Lord God says:“ I will also destroy the idols And make the images cease from Memphis. And there will no longer be a prince in the land of Egypt; And I will put fear in the land of Egypt.

‘ Thus says the Lord GOD:“ I will also destroy the idols, And cause the images to cease from Noph; There shall no longer be princes from the land of Egypt; I will put fear in the land of Egypt.

Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: I will also destroy the idols, and I will cause the images to cease from Memphis; and there shall be no more a prince from the land of Egypt: and I will put a fear in the land of Egypt.

This is what the Lord God says: I will destroy the idols and put an end to the false gods in Memphis. There will no longer be a prince from the land of Egypt. So I will instill fear in that land.

Thus saith the Lord GOD; I will also destroy the idols, and I will cause[ their] images to cease out of Noph; and there shall be no more a prince of the land of Egypt: and I will put a fear in the land of Egypt.

“‘ This is what the sovereign LORD says: I will destroy the idols, and put an end to the gods of Memphis. There will no longer be a prince from the land of Egypt; so I will make the land of Egypt fearful.

“‘ The Lord Yahweh says:“ I will also destroy the idols, and I will cause the images to cease from Memphis. There will be no more a prince from the land of Egypt. I will put a fear in the land of Egypt.

耶和华必经过苦海，击打海浪。尼罗河的深处全都枯干，亚述的骄傲必降卑，埃及的权杖必除去。

你们要在埃及传扬，在密夺报告，在挪弗、答比匿宣告说：“要摆好阵势，预备作战，因为刀剑在你四围施行吞灭。”

挪弗人和答比匿人打破你的头颅。

万军之耶和华—以色列的神说：“看哪，我要惩罚挪的亚扪和法老、埃及和它的神明，以及君王，也要惩罚法老和倚靠他的人。

我为何看见他们惊惶，转身退后呢？他们的勇士打败仗，急忙逃跑，并不回头；四围都有惊吓！这是耶和华说的。

因为那夜我要走遍埃及地，把埃及地一切头生的，无论是人是牲畜，都击杀了；我要对埃及所有的神明施行审判。我是耶和华。

论埃及的默示。看哪，耶和华乘驾快云，临到埃及；埃及的偶像在他面前战兢，埃及人的心在里面消溶。我要激起埃及人攻击埃及人，弟兄攻击弟兄，邻舍攻击邻舍，这城攻击那城，这国攻击那国。埃及人的心神在里面耗尽，我要破坏他们的计谋。他们必求问偶像和念咒的，求问招魂的与行巫术的人。我要将埃及人交在严厉的主人手中，残暴的君王必管辖他们；这是主—万军之耶和华说的。海水枯竭，河流干涸，江河发臭，埃及的河水必然减少而枯干。芦苇和芦荻枯萎，尼罗河旁的植物，在尼罗河的沿岸，并尼罗河旁所种的一切全都枯焦，被风吹去，归于无有。打鱼的哀哭，所有在尼罗河钓鱼的都必悲伤，在水上撒网的也都衰残。以细致的麻编织的必羞愧，织布的必变苍白；织布的心情沮丧，所有的佣工心都愁烦。琐安的官长极其愚昧，法老智慧的谋士筹划愚谋；你们怎敢对法老说：“我是智慧人的子孙，是古代国王的后裔？”你的智慧人在哪里？万军之耶和华向埃及所定的旨意，他们既然知道，就让他们告诉你吧！琐安的官长愚昧，挪弗的官长受蒙蔽；作埃及支派栋梁的，带领埃及走错了路。耶和华使歪曲的灵渗入埃及中间，让他们使埃及一切所做的都出差错，好像醉酒之人呕吐时东倒西歪一样。在埃及，无论是头是尾，棕树枝与芦苇，所做的事都不得成就。到那日，埃及必像妇人一样，因万军之耶和华挥手攻击而战兢惧怕。

看哪，他们要逃避灾难；埃及人要收殓他们，摩弗人要埋葬他们。蒺藜盘踞他们贵重的银器，荆棘必占据他们的帐棚。

万军之耶和华说：“在那日，我要从地上除灭偶像的名，使它不再被记得；我也必使这地不再有先知，不再有污秽的灵。

我要用火点燃埃及众神明的庙宇，巴比伦王要焚烧庙宇，掳去神像；他要围住埃及地，好像牧人披上外衣，从那里安然而去。他必打碎埃及地伯‧示麦的柱像，用火焚烧埃及众神明的庙宇。’”有话临到耶利米，论到住埃及地所有的犹大人，就是住在密夺、答比匿、挪弗、巴特罗境内的犹大人，说：

耶和华必向他们显为可畏，因他使地上的众神衰微；列国的海岛各在自己的地方敬拜他。

我要令埃及被掳的人归回，使他们回到本地巴特罗。在那里，他们必成为弱小的国家，成为列国中最低微的，不再自高于列邦之上。我必使他们变为小国，不再辖制列邦。
