“‘ This is what the Sovereign Lord says:“‘ With a great throng of people I will cast my net over you, and they will haul you up in my net.

The Lord and King says,“ I will use a large crowd of people to throw my net over you. They will pull you up in it.

Thus says the Lord God: I will throw my net over you with a host of many peoples, and they will haul you up in my dragnet.

Therefore, this is what the Sovereign Lord says: I will send many people to catch you in my net and haul you out of the water.

“‘ This is what the Lord GOD says: I will spread my net over you with an assembly of many peoples, and they will haul you up in my net.

This is what the Lord God says:“ Now I will spread My net over you With a contingent of many peoples, And they will lift you up in My net.

‘ Thus says the Lord God:“ I will therefore spread My net over you with a company of many people, And they will draw you up in My net.

Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: I will spread out my net upon thee with a company of many peoples; and they shall bring thee up in my net.

This is what the Lord God says: I will spread My net over you with an assembly of many peoples, and they will haul you up in My net.

I will spread my net for him, and he will be caught in my snare; I will bring him to Babylonia, the land of the Chaldeans, but he will not see it, and there he will die. (niv)

You have made people like the fish in the sea, like the sea creatures that have no ruler.The wicked foe pulls all of them up with hooks, he catches them in his net, he gathers them up in his dragnet; and so he rejoices and is glad.Therefore he sacrifices to his net and burns incense to his dragnet, for by his net he lives in luxury and enjoys the choicest food.Is he to keep on emptying his net, destroying nations without mercy? (niv)

Moreover, no one knows when their hour will come: As fish are caught in a cruel net, or birds are taken in a snare, so people are trapped by evil times that fall unexpectedly upon them. (niv)

I will spread my net for him, and he will be caught in my snare. I will bring him to Babylon and execute judgment on him there because he was unfaithful to me. (niv)

“ From on high he sent fire, sent it down into my bones. He spread a net for my feet and turned me back. He made me desolate, faint all the day long. (niv)

“ But now I will send for many fishermen,” declares the Lord,“ and they will catch them. After that I will send for many hunters, and they will hunt them down on every mountain and hill and from the crevices of the rocks. (niv)

When they go, I will throw my net over them; I will pull them down like the birds in the sky. When I hear them flocking together, I will catch them. (niv)
