Once the priests enter the holy precincts, they are not to go into the outer court until they leave behind the garments in which they minister, for these are holy. They are to put on other clothes before they go near the places that are for the people.”

The priests who enter these holy rooms must leave behind the clothes they served in. Then they can go into the outer courtyard. The clothes they served in are holy. So the priests must put other clothes on. They have to do that before they go near the places where other people go.”

When the priests enter the Holy Place, they shall not go out of it into the outer court without laying there the garments in which they minister, for these are holy. They shall put on other garments before they go near to that which is for the people.”

When the priests leave the sanctuary, they must not go directly to the outer courtyard. They must first take off the clothes they wore while ministering, because these clothes are holy. They must put on other clothes before entering the parts of the building complex open to the public.”

Once the priests have entered, they are not to go out from the holy area to the outer court until they have removed the clothes they minister in, for these are holy. They are to put on other clothes before they approach the public area.”

要把亞倫和他兒子們帶到會棚出入處，用水給他們洗。要拿衣服、將內袍、聖裲襠之下的外袍、聖裲襠和胸牌、給亞倫穿戴上，又將聖裲襠上巧設圖案織成的帶子給他束上。要把禮冠給戴在他頭上，將聖冠加在禮冠上。然後把膏油澆在他頭上、膏立他。這時你就把他兒子們帶來，給他們穿上內袍；給亞倫和他兒子們束上長腰帶，給他們包上裹頭巾，他們就憑着永遠的條例、得祭司的職任：你要這樣授與聖職給亞倫和他兒子們。

使者應聲吩咐那些待立在他面前的說：『你們要脫去他污穢的衣服。』又對約書亞說：『看哪，我使你的罪孽離開了你，要給你穿上華麗的吉服。』又說：『要將潔淨的華冠戴在他頭上。』他們就把潔淨的華冠戴在他頭上，又給他穿上華麗的吉服；那時永恆主的使者正在旁邊站着。

摩西把亞倫的兒子們帶來，給他們穿上內袍，束上長腰帶，包上裹頭巾：照永恆主所吩咐摩西的。

我因永恆主而大大高興，我的心以我的上帝為快樂；因為他將拯救之衣服給我穿上，將義氣之外袍給我披上，如同新郎以華帽豫備自己，又如新婦佩戴着金器為妝飾。

你們年輕的、照樣要順服年長的。你們眾人、彼此相待、都要以謙卑為裝束；因為上帝敵擋狂傲的，賜恩給謙卑的人。

總要穿上主耶穌基督為軍裝；別為肉體籌謀、去放縱私慾了。

然而上帝救人的義、卻是憑着那信耶穌基督的心、加給一切信的人的；並沒有區別：

因為你們凡受了洗歸入基督的、便是穿上了基督為衣服。

耶穌對他說：『手扶着犂、而直向後看的、沒有在上帝國裏能合用的。』

七天不可從會棚的出入處出去，直等到你們承受聖職的日子滿了，因為主要給你們行授與聖職的禮七天，像今天所行的、永恆主所吩咐的、給你們行除罪禮。七天你們要晝夜住在會棚的出入處，守盡永恆主所交付的職守，免得你們死亡，因為所吩咐我的就是這樣。』

『要為亞倫的兒子們作內袍，給他們作長腰帶，又給他們作裹頭巾，讓他們有光輝有華美。你要把這些給你哥哥亞倫和他兒子們跟他一樣穿戴；要膏立他們，授與聖職給他們，將他們分別為聖，讓他們作祭司來事奉我。你要給他們作細麻布褲子、來遮掩他們的下體；褲子要從腰間直到大腿。亞倫和他兒子們進會棚、或挨近祭壇，在聖所供職的時候、要穿上，免得他們擔受罪罰而死。這要給亞倫和他以後的苗裔做永遠的條例。
