You are to divide it equally among them. Because I swore with uplifted hand to give it to your ancestors, this land will become your inheritance.

Divide the land into equal parts. Long ago I raised my hand and made a promise. I promised to give the land to your people of long ago. So all of it will belong to you.

And you shall divide equally what I swore to give to your fathers. This land shall fall to you as your inheritance.

Otherwise each tribe will receive an equal share. I took a solemn oath and swore that I would give this land to your ancestors, and it will now come to you as your possession.

You will inherit it in equal portions, since I swore to give it to your ancestors. So this land will fall to you as an inheritance.

耶和华向亚伯兰显现，说：“我要把这地赐给你的后裔。”亚伯兰就在那里为向他显现的耶和华筑了一座祭坛。

对他们说：‘主耶和华这样说：在我拣选以色列的日子，我向雅各家的后裔举手起誓，又在埃及地向他们显现。我向他们举手起誓说：我是耶和华你们的神。那日，我向他们举手起誓，要把他们从埃及地领出来，到我为他们所选定的流奶与蜜之地，就是万邦中最荣美的地。

这就是你们要抽签分给以色列各支派为业的地。这些分地就是他们所得的分。”这是主耶和华的宣告。

‘因为耶和华不能把这民领进他向他们起誓应许的地，所以在旷野把他们杀了。’

我领你们进入以色列地，就是进入我曾经举手起誓要赐给你们祖先的地以后，你们就知道我是耶和华。

你看见的地方，我都要赐给你和你的后裔，直到永远。

我领他们到了我曾经举手起誓要赐给他们的那地，他们看见各高山和茂盛的树林，就在那里献祭，在那里奉上惹我发怒的供物，也在那里献上馨香的祭，并且在那里浇上他们的奠祭。’

耶和华又对亚伯兰说：“我是耶和华，曾经把你从迦勒底的吾珥领出来，为要把这地赐给你作产业。”

签抛在人的怀中，一切决断却在于耶和华。

你要寄居在这地，我必与你同在，必赐福给你，因为我要把这全地都赐给你和你的后裔，履行我向你父亲亚伯拉罕所起的誓。

耶和华站在梯子上，说：“我是耶和华你祖父亚伯拉罕的神，也是以撒的神，我要把你现在躺着的这块地赐给你和你的后裔。

我要把你现在寄居的地，就是迦南全地，赐给你和你的后裔，作永远的产业，我也要作他们的神。”

看哪，我把这地摆在你面前，你们要进去，占领这地为业，就是耶和华向你们列祖亚伯拉罕、以撒、雅各起誓应许给他们和他们的后裔的地。’

都不得进入我起誓给你们居住的那地；只有耶孚尼的儿子迦勒和嫩的儿子约书亚才可以进去。
